This policy encompasses the comprehensive electronic storage and digital management of all materials associated with the journal’s publishing workflows. The preserved assets comprise final published articles (full-text galley PDFs) along with complete compiled journal issues, comprehensive bibliographic metadata containing titles, author identities, institutional affiliations, abstracts, keywords, and persistent identifiers (Crossref DOI: 10.55681/sentri). Archiving procedures also cover submitted manuscript files, supplementary datasets, editorial correspondence, peer-review reports, editorial decisions, and formal post-publication notices such as errata, corrigenda, and retractions. In the theoretical circumstance that the journal ceases future publication, the publisher commits to maintaining the existing digital archive openly accessible for as long as practicable through distributed preservation networks.
