Melampaui Adopsi Teknologi: Kerangka Multilevel Kepercayaan, Patronase, dan Tata Kelola Cold Storage Tenaga Surya Berbasis Layanan

Penelitian ini mengembangkan kerangka multilevel untuk menjelaskan tata kelola cold storage tenaga surya sebagai layanan pada perikanan pulau kecil. Berangkat dari dokumentasi pendahuluan kasus Gili Tapan, Indonesia, artikel tidak melaporkan temuan tingkat responden, melainkan menyusun kerangka konseptual dan protokol validasi empiris. Kerangka membedakan minat teknologi, niat menggunakan, kesediaan membayar, kesiapan tata kelola, dan kesiapan layanan agar hasil individual, organisasi, dan sistem tidak dicampurkan dalam satu ukuran. Patronase diposisikan sebagai relasi multidimensi yang mencakup sumber kredit, kewajiban penjualan, timbal balik, perlindungan sosial, biaya berpindah, dan alternatif pasar. Kepercayaan dipahami sebagai evaluasi terhadap pengaturan layanan yang dapat diamati, terutama kejelasan kepemilikan, keadilan akses, kompetensi operator, transparansi tarif, dana pemeliharaan, tanggung jawab kehilangan produk, serta jalur garansi dan perbaikan. Validasi diusulkan menggunakan desain mixed methods explanatory sequential (QUAN → qual), survei berstrata jaringan, elisitasi willingness to pay berbasis paket layanan, tindak lanjut kualitatif, gerbang kelayakan teknis, dan penilaian tata kelola berbobot pemangku kepentingan. Kerangka menghasilkan aturan keputusan non-kompensatori: sikap positif tidak dapat menutup kegagalan teknis, sedangkan perangkat yang andal tidak dapat menutup tata kelola yang eksklusif atau tidak dapat dipelihara. Kontribusi utama artikel adalah model yang dapat diuji mengenai bagaimana pendinginan terbarukan dapat memperluas pilihan pemasaran atau justru mempertahankan kontrol rantai nilai, bergantung pada pengaturan akses, waktu, pembiayaan, dan perbaikan.
