Analisis Manajemen Seni Pertunjukan Saforia 2026 di SMA N 1 Brebes

Abstract

SAFORIA (Smansa Euforia) is an annual program of the Student Council (OSIS) of SMA Negeri 1 Brebes held as part of the school anniversary celebration. SAFORIA 2026 consists of several series of activities, namely SMANSAFEST, SMANSA Fun Run, SMANSA Tujuh Belasan, Tasyakuran, and SAFORIA Day as the main performing arts event. This study aims to analyze the performing arts management of SAFORIA 2026 at SMA Negeri 1 Brebes based on Terry’s management functions, which include planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling (POAC), as well as Hasibuan’s 6M management elements, namely man, money, materials, machines, methods, and market. This study employed a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, while data validity was established through source and technique triangulation. The results show that SAFORIA 2026 was managed through the interconnected application of the POAC functions. Planning involved the development of objectives, programs, schedules, requirements, and budgets; organizing was implemented through the formation of teacher and student committees and the distribution of tasks based on functions and activity series; actuating was carried out through direction, coordination, communication, and mobilization of committee members; while controlling was conducted through monitoring plans, schedules, task distribution, and activity implementation. The application of these management functions was supported by the 6M elements and several supporting factors, including school support, committee cooperation, teacher and student involvement, external support, and the enthusiasm of participants and the community.
