Advancements in fintech, particularly online lending services, have provided university students a group vulnerable to financial risks with broader access to financing. This study aims to analyze the behavioral intention of Satya Wacana Christian University students to use online loans, utilizing the UTAUT model. This study employed a quantitative approach involving 116 respondents selected through purposive sampling. SmartPLS 4 was used to analyze the PLS-SEM data. The analysis revealed that social influence, performance expectancy, and facilitating conditions positively influence behavioral intention, whereas effort expectancy has no effect. The R² value of 0.654 indicates that the model can explain 65.4% of the total variance in the construct of students' behavioral intention. The findings suggest that social factors and perceived benefits are more dominant than ease of use; consequently, peer-education-based financial literacy programs are recommended to protect students from the risks associated with online loans.
