Problem-solving ability is one of the essential skills in physics learning; however, students still experience difficulties in understanding concepts and applying physics principles to solve contextual problems, particularly in the topic of temperature and heat. This study aims to develop a Google Sites-based learning media integrated with Guided Inquiry and to determine its feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness in improving students’ problem-solving abilities. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method to develop the learning media. The research subjects were students of class XI at SMA Negeri 2 Slawi. Data were collected through expert validation sheets, student response questionnaires, and problem-solving ability tests administered through pretest and posttest. The data were analyzed based on validity, practicality, and effectiveness criteria using the N-Gain analysis to determine the improvement of students’ problem-solving abilities. The results showed that the developed Google Sites-based Guided Inquiry learning media was feasible for use, with validation scores of 3.75 from media experts and 3.821 from material experts, both categorized as very good. The practicality assessment obtained an average score of 4.31, indicating that the media was highly practical based on students’ responses. Furthermore, the effectiveness analysis showed an N-Gain score of 0.71575, which was categorized as high, indicating a significant improvement in students’ problem-solving abilities after using the developed media. Therefore, the Google Sites-based Guided Inquiry learning media is feasible, practical, and effective as an alternative physics learning medium to improve students’ problem-solving abilities on the topic of temperature and heat.
