Abstract

This study is titled “Analysis of the Influence of Career Anxiety and Career Exploration on Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy with Self-Esteem as a Mediating Variable in Final Year Students.” This study aims to analyze the mediating role of Self-Esteem in the relationship between Career Anxiety and Career Exploration on career decision-making self-efficacy in final year students. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through online questionnaires. The sampling method used is convenience sampling, with a sample size of 130 final year students. Data analysis was performed using t-tests, F-tests, simple linear regression and multiple linear regression analyses, as well as path analysis.
