Focus and Scope

Jurnal Ilmu Olahraga dan Pendidikan Jasmani (JIOPJ) is a scientific journal committed to publishing high-quality original research articles, literature reviews, and conceptual studies that contribute to scientific development. This journal serves as a platform for academicians, researchers, teachers, and practitioners to disseminate their latest findings and innovations.

The primary focus of this journal encompasses the exploration, application, and development of sport sciences and physical education. The scope of articles accepted for publication in this journal includes, but is not limited to, the following topics:

• Sport Sciences: Including sports biomechanics, sports physiology, anatomy, sports psychology, sports tests and measurements, as well as performance analysis and sports coaching.

• Physical Education: Including learning models, methods, and innovations, physical education curriculum, sports pedagogy, and the evaluation and assessment of physical education in schools.

• Sport Health: Including physical fitness levels, sports nutrition, sports injury therapy and rehabilitation, and the role of physical activity in public health.

• Sports Tourism: Including the development of sports tourism destinations, sports recreation, and the socio-economic impacts of hosting sports tourism events.

• Sports Marketing: Including marketing strategies for sports entities/clubs, sponsorship management, sports branding, and analysis of sports consumer behavior.
