Design and Build a Web-Based State Asset Monitoring Dashboard System at the State Wealth and Auction Office (KPKNL) Using the Laravel Framework

Abstract

So that the supervision of state assets at the KPKNL is still manual. As a result, the data available for decision-making is not always up-to-date, and reporting is time-consuming, not to mention a lack of consistency in record-keeping. Using the waterfall development method, this study developed a web-based dashboard system to address these problems using Laravel and Bootstrap. The interface is designed in Figma, starting from three core pages (Home, Login, and Dashboard), and expanded to 13 functional pages. Available features include real-time asset monitoring, interactive asset charts and tables, asset photo uploads, dropdown filters, report export to PDF and Excel, user management based on RBAC, asset location maps, and user FAQs. To validate functionality, black box testing is used, while to measure system quality, CFP and RCAF Function Point approaches are used. The UI/UX evaluation is conducted by interviewing users, the assessment that the interface is easy to understand, the flow is clear, and the appearance is considered attractive but does not detract from functionality.
