Pengaruh Penggunaan Aplikasi Telemedicine terhadap Perubahan Perilaku Kepatuhan Minum Obat pada Pasien Hipertensi

Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit kronis dengan prevalensi tinggi di Indonesia dan menjadi faktor risiko utama penyakit kardiovaskular. Rendahnya tingkat kepatuhan pasien dalam mengonsumsi obat antihipertensi masih menjadi tantangan besar dalam upaya pengendalian hipertensi. Perkembangan teknologi digital, khususnya telemedicine, menawarkan solusi inovatif melalui fitur pengingat minum obat, pencatatan tekanan darah, serta komunikasi jarak jauh dengan tenaga kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi telemedicine terhadap perubahan kepatuhan minum obat dan tekanan darah pasien hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tambakaji. Penelitian menggunakan desain quasi-experimental dengan pendekatan pre–post test design without control. Sebanyak 20 pasien hipertensi yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dilibatkan. Data kepatuhan obat dianalisis menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, sedangkan perubahan tekanan darah dianalisis dengan Paired Sample t-test. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi telemedicine mampu meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien dalam mengonsumsi obat (Z = -2,111 dengan p = 0,035). Sebanyak 7 responden mengalami peningkatan kepatuhan, 12 tetap, dan 1 menurun. Sementara itu, tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada tekanan darah sistolik (p = 0,501) maupun diastolik (p = 0,278) sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Penggunaan telemedicine meningkatkan kepatuhan minum obat pasien hipertensi, tetapi belum berdampak signifikan terhadap perubahan tekanan darah dalam periode penelitian ini. Penelitian lebih lanjut dengan jumlah sampel lebih besar dan durasi intervensi lebih panjang diperlukan untuk memperkuat temuan ini.
