Using the interview method, this study collected data from students and teachers regarding the impact of the U-Shape and Cluster structuring models. The results of the study showed that the U-Shape arrangement increased student engagement, focus, and interaction with the teacher, while the Cluster arrangement supported collaboration and comfort in group work. Students also recommend a combination of the two models to create a more optimal learning environment. The aim of this research is to identify the effect of U-Shape and Cluster class divisions on interactions between students and teachers, as well as between students and other students in learning activities, identify the impact on student concentration, and evaluate the effectiveness of the layout. This research uses qualitative methods by means of observation and questionnaires given to class XI students of Modeling Design and Building Information at SMK Negeri 1 Ngasem Kab. Kediri. Data obtained from interviews with students and studying several articles were then processed into narratives for discussion. To assess interaction and concentration in different types of layouts. Research shows that a more flexible layout, namely U-Shape, significantly increases interaction between students and teachers, as well as between students and other students in learning activities. In addition, this research found that ergonomic classroom layouts that can be modified based on learning needs tend to be more effective in increasing student concentration. Thus, classrooms that are designed flexibly and more interactively have proven effective in creating a more dynamic learning atmosphere, increasing engagement, and facilitating student focus. Qualitative research methods were used through in-depth interviews with three groups of respondents: BID teachers, graduates working in the construction industry, and construction entrepreneurs. The results of the study indicate that the BID curriculum has provided a strong foundation for students, with basic competencies such as reading engineering drawings and project management. However, there are shortcomings in mastering the latest technology and developing soft skills. Graduates are often less prepared to face the demands of the industry that increasingly prioritize technology and collaboration. The existing Prakerin program also needs to be adjusted to be more relevant to industry needs. This study suggests the need for integration of modern technology in the curriculum, increased focus on soft skills, and further involvement in the Prakerin program to improve graduates' work readiness. Key educational theories offer unique perspectives on how education should be conducted. Jean Piaget's theory of cognitive development emphasizes that children undergo four distinct stages of cognitive growth, each with unique characteristics and abilities. This theory significantly influences curriculum design and teaching methods appropriate for different cognitive levels. Albert Bandura's social learning theory highlights the importance of observation and imitation in learning. He argues that people learn many behaviors by observing others and the consequences of those behaviors, underscoring the role of social environments and peer interactions in education.</em> <em>Constructivism, popularized by Lev Vygotsky and Piaget, posits that learners actively construct their knowledge through interaction with their environment. The research employs a descriptive quantitative method, with data collected through observations, interviews, student satisfaction surveys, and tests using Student Worksheet (LKPD). The findings indicate that the use of these media significantly improves students' understanding, with 85.71% of students achieving high to very high levels of comprehension. Moreover, most students stated that this method made it easier for them to grasp the material in a clearer, more relevant, and applicable manner. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analytical method, involving document review and interviews with related parties at MAN 1 Pekalongan. The results of the study indicate that madrasah policies at MAN 1 Pekalongan are in line with the principles stated in the 1975 Joint Decree of 3 Ministers, which emphasize the integration of religious and general curriculum. In addition, the implementation of the policy also meets the standards stipulated in Law No. 20 of 1989, especially regarding the management of educational institutions with Islamic characteristics. Furthermore, based on Law No. 20 of 2003, the policies at MAN 1 Pekalongan support the implementation of competency-based education by considering local and global relevance. In oral information, sound is processed in the temporal lobe and forwarded to Wernicke's area to be interpreted. If a verbal response is needed, this interpretation is sent to Broca's area via the arcuate fasciculus. This is different from written information which is directly processed in the visual cortex (occipital lobe) before being forwarded to Wernicke's area via the angular gyrus. In addition, the left hemisphere of the brain is more dominant in language function. Disorders in the left hemisphere can cause decreased language ability. Conversely, disorders in the right hemisphere have a greater effect on narrative and inference abilities. Kedisiplinan adalah salah satu nilai karakter fundamental yang diperlukan untuk menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang teratur dan kondusif, serta meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran siswa. Artikel ini menguraikan peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan melalui manajemen sekolah yang baik dan kolaborasi dengan guru dan orang tua. Selain itu, penelitian ini membahas peran guru dalam membina kedisiplinan siswa, serta kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam proses tersebut, seperti kurangnya kesadaran siswa terhadap waktu, aturan, ibadah, dan tanggung jawab. Faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa juga dibahas, dengan penekanan pada perlunya kerja sama antara sekolah dan orang tua. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun peran guru sebagai evaluator sudah berjalan baik, indikator peran guru lainnya masih memerlukan peningkatan. This type of research is quantitative research with pre-experiment design in the form of one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study is all 4th-grade public high school x students with 140 students. The sample in this study is an x.1 state high school student with 36 students. Sampling retrieval technique using the simple random sampling. The data-collection technique used is observation, testing and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis techniques consisting of normality tests, homogenity tests and hypothetical tests. Hypothetical tests using tests - t and determinative coefficiencies</em>. <em style="font-size: 0.875rem;">Research results from descriptive statistical analysis suggest that in the initial test (pretesting) before the application of multimedia edpuzzle in the student's average value learning process was 50.28 at the low intervals of the ideal 100 score. Various elements of the offerings prepared in the Jaranan Pegon performance are believed to have a psychological influence on the performers, thus contributing to a performance that amazes the audience. This study aims to describe the symbolic meaning of the contents of the offerings used in the Suguh Sesaji ritual. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a semiotic approach. The results of the study show that the offerings in the Jaranan Pegon performance include various elements, such as incense, frankincense, seven types of flowers, salt, bitter coffee,&nbsp; ingkung chicken, cok bakal, Serimpi and Fanbo perfumes, yellow rice, glutinous rice, two combs of plantain, coconut, and kampung eggs. These elements have symbolic meanings that are passed down from generation to generation, such as delivering prayers, asking for safety, honoring ancestors, attracting sustenance, and keeping away bad things. The myth that developed stated that these offerings can bring spiritual powers, such as genies or spirits, which are believed to make the movements of the players more attractive and interesting. This research was conducted from May 2024 to October 2024. The research method used was quasi-experiment. The sampling technique in this study used a type of non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The research sample totalled 43 students in class XI-S1 as the experimental group and 44 students in class XI-S2 as the control group. The instrument used in this study was a 10-item description test. Hypothesis testing was carried out using a two-party t-test with the polled variant formula obtained the value of t_hitung (10.6) ≥ t_table (1.99). with α = 0.05 so that HO is rejected and H1 is accepted. This shows that there is an effect of problem based learning &nbsp;model on critical thinking skills of class XI students at SMAN 5 Serang City on the material of Japanese Occupation in Indonesia. The problem-based learning model can be used as a recommendation for learning models to implement history learning and train students‘ critical thinking skills, this is because the problem-based learning model can construct historical knowledge about past problems and focuses on how students think in solving problems so that it can train students’ critical thinking skills. The data collection techniques used are (1) observation, (2) documentation. The research subjects were 25 students of class VIII at SMPN 4 Nangaroro Satap. </em></p> <p><em>The results of the data analysis can be concluded that (1) Canva learning media has been implemented well in social studies learning on social mobility learning materials. This can be seen from Canva learning in cycle I&nbsp; of 72,5% (quite good category) and in cycle II of 95% (including the very good category). (2) Students interest in learning after applying Canva based increased in cycle I students interest learning was 75% (fairly good category) and the level in cicly II was 95 % (good category). This it can be suggested (a) teachers should be able to use a variety of learning media in teaching, one of which is Canva learning media as an alternative to increase students interest in learning. (b) Canva learning media is not only used in social studies subjects but can also be used in other subjects. Khittah Muhammadiyah, as the basic guideline of the organization, emphasizes moderate and progressive Islamic values, which are relevant in facing the challenges of modernization and globalization. Through adaptive education and da'wah programs, Muhammadiyah seeks to instill these values in the younger generation, so that they can play an active role in community development. The results of the analysis show that the understanding and internalization of the Muhammadiyah Khitah </span></em><em><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: Times;">that the Muhammadiyah Khithah has a significant impact on the younger generation, both in terms of understanding, behavior, and participation in the organization. The results of the study indicate that strategies that focus on student characteristics, such as problem-based and project-based learning, are able to optimize the development of cognition, affectivity, and psychomotor in a balanced manner. Dengan strategi berkomunikasi dari hati ke hati tanpa bersikap menggurui, tapi lebih ke psikologis seperti seorang sahabat atau teman yang menasehati, itu jauh lebih bisa masuk secara mendalam ke mind atau pikiran anak-anaknya. Karena pendekatan berkomunikasi dengan cara menjadikan anak sebagai sahabat di kala mereka remaja, itu jauh lebih efektif dibandingkan mendidik mereka secara kolot atau otoriter. Dalam artikel ini,, warga rawasari 7 yang dijadikan sebagai perbandingan dari berbagai penelitian tentang pernikahan dini yang terjadi di desa desa pedalaman pada seluruh Indonesia. Rumusan masalah dalam artikel penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana strategi psikologi komunikasi mengurangi pernikahan dini untuk meningkatkan kemakmuran pada kelurahan teluk Dalam di Kota Banjarmasin. Didapatkan hasil penelitian bahwa dari data di lapangan beserta In-Depth Interview ke warga, tingkat Pendidikan, wawasan, kesadaran diri, dan strategi psikologi pendekatan dari para orang tua ke anak-anaknya benar sangat mempengaruhi perubahan mindset untuk tidak gegabah dalam melakukan pernikahan dini. Mastery of speech clarity and awareness of letter sounds is one aspect of children's readiness to master letters in each vocabulary. Phonological skills affect the achievement of children's phonological awareness, without good phonological skills and phonological awareness skills, children can experience problems in their reading skills. Learning about the structure of language sounds can build phonological awareness skills necessary for reading success during the preschool years. Children who have speech sound production problems in phonology rules, tend to have difficulties in phonology awareness and reading. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between phonological ability and phonological awareness in preschool children in Karanganyar. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with correlational research and cross sectional. The sample was taken from 41 respondents with phonological problems with purposive sampling</em><em>. Data was collected using test instrument.</em> <em>The results of the analysis using the Spearman Rank correlation test obtained a (p) value of 0.004 (p &lt;0.05) which means that there is a relationship between phonological ability and phonological awareness ability in preschool children aged 4-6 years in Karanganyar.
