SIKAP POSITIF MAHASISWA TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN BAHASA INDONESIA DALAM LINGKUNGAN KAMPUS STKIP PGRI PACITAN

The purpose of this research was to understand the forms of language attitudes and the factors influencing the language attitudes of students at STKIP PGRI Pacitan towards the Indonesian language. The approach used was descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods in this research included observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The data analysis method used Miles and Huberman's analysis method, which involved data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the majority of students in the STKIP PGRI Pacitan campus (93%) exhibited loyalty and pride in using the Indonesian language in various aspects, including communication on social media, entertainment, and daily interactions. They were aware of the importance of the Indonesian language in maintaining national unity and considered it attractive and sustainable in the era of globalization. This positive attitude was influenced by factors such as students' knowledge and experiences, a supportive campus environment, emotional aspects as Indonesian citizens, the influence of mass media, and the role of educational institutions. In this increasingly advanced digital era, it is important to continuously enhance understanding, create a supportive environment, and provide resources that promote the use of proper and good Indonesian language to maintain this positive attitude consistently.

This study aims to analyze education financing management based on the effectiveness and efficiency of education financing management and the use of technology in education financing management. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with secondary data collected through literature studies and analyzed qualitatively by reducing displays and concluding results. The results of this study indicate that effective and efficient education financing management in educational institutions is key to supporting the achievement of quality education goals. The management of education financial resources must pay attention to the essential stages, because education financing is considered an investment in human resource development. In this context, the effectiveness and efficiency of education cost management is essential to maximize educational outcomes. The current development of digital technology opens up great opportunities to optimally utilize the education financing system. With the adoption of information and communication technology, educational institutions can automate the financing process, integrate digital payment systems, and enable real-time monitoring of fund flows and financial reporting.

In addition, this research analyzes the impact of leadership on staff well-being, teacher motivation, and student learning outcomes.The bibliographic method was adopted as the primary approach to collecting and analyzing data, allowing the researcher to detail key concepts and explore recent developments in the educational leadership literature.The research results show that leadership in the context of modern educational institutions is not only related to administrative functions, but also requires adaptation to environmental changes. Leadership functions involving strategic aspects, human resource development, and creating an inclusive organizational culture are the keys to achieving success in educational institutions. The leadership concepts introduced reflect diverse approaches to leading in educational institutions, able to adapt to the unique demands of complexity and dynamics in the world of modern education. In a volatile environment, organizations are challenged with increased uncertainty in various areas that can disrupt organizational sustainability. There is fear that there will be a complex and ambiguous uncertainty that an invasion could erode human character values. Human resources are the most valuable asset owned by an organization. The role of HR has urgency in contributing to increasing organizational development. To prepare ourselves to take part in inviting the time of society 5.0. This is an anticipation of disruption caused by Industrial Revolution 4.0. the scientific work results from a literature study that describes the important role of organizational development in preparing human resources in the technological era. thus, improving organizational development requires superior human resources which are considered the driving force of an organization that collectively contributes to achieving performance. To prepare oneself to face the contemporary era, two things should be done: adaptation and competence in mastering technology, being able to fundamentally, be imaginative, communicate, collaborate, and have problem-solving capasities.

This review activity aims to show the effectiveness of applying the problem based learning model to learning outcomes by reviewing several other research journals related to the variables being reviewed. The review focused on articles with a sample of high school students studying chemistry. Data collection was carried out on the Google Scholar, Mendeley and Scimago databases through a review of 26 national journals. The review method is carried out by summarizing, namely the technique of conducting a review by rewriting the source, either from a journal or book, in your own words, taking into account research trends in PBL learning models on learning outcomes from each source and assisted by the VOSviewer application, namely a visualization and network analysis application used to describe relationships between bibliometric data elements, such as authors, keywords, or research subjects. The results of the review taken from data from 7 high school level schools throughout Indonesia showed that the average pre-test score was 39.67%, while the average post-test score obtained was 86.05%. The average N-gain value obtained was 0.75>0.70, which shows that the PBL learning model can improve learning outcomes in chemistry learning material in the high category

The era of globalization has had a significant impact on various aspects of life. The current era of globalization demands that everyone possesses abilities in line with the developments of the times. Massive changes caused by innovations that transform business systems and structures to a newer level are known as the Era of Disruption. The Disruption Era can also be interpreted as the period of transitioning from manual to fully digital processes. In the era of disruption, drastic changes occur that alter the human way of life in various fields. The world's shift towards digital disruption is unavoidable for every individual, especially with the impending Fourth Industrial Revolution and the move towards the 5.0 era, demanding new business skills and ways of working. One crucial aspect in facing this revolution is how to develop human resources (HR) to meet the demands of the time. Stress is a phenomenon experienced due to the internal pressure within individuals. The purpose of this journal is to provide a description of stress management among employees. The methodology employed in this journal utilizes a qualitative approach, collecting data in the form of words, sentences, or phrases. The data gathered is secondary data obtained by the author from relevant books, journals, or research articles. The research indicates that stress arises from various factors, whether environmental, organizational, or individual, ultimately leading to a decrease in employee work productivity. Failure to manage stress properly can exacerbate the situation. In conclusion, this paper emphasizes the need for appropriate stress management for individuals experiencing stressful conditions. By doing so, their situation can be controlled, enabling employees to enhance their work productivit. The dynamics of stress in the workplace can have both positive and negative impacts, not only being a stimulus for workers to feel more enthusiastic and motivated, but can also cause a decrease in productivity and various health problems if not managed properly. Stress management is essential in maintaining a healthy work environment and ensuring employee well-being.

The The obstacling that faced by the industry today is the less maximum results from allocating material sources for production and optimizing production results. The Covid-19 pandemic has influenced in the homemade cassava chip business being less developed and increasingly experiencing setbacks. The business owners are not ready to face a pandemic situation which makes one of the obstacles less than optimal in terms of income. The right modeling technique can result in satisfaction with the desired production results and income which are wanted. In this research, The problem of optimizing production is solved by using fuzzy goal programming model. This model does not need to use goal weighting so that the optimal solution is only based on the desired target. In the decision making in this research using Lingo 18.0 application which in its solution is not necessary using overtime and easy to use. This research will be carried out in two homemade industries of cassava chips, those are namely Lestari Jaya and Berkah Jaya Abadi. Based on the calculating simulation on optimizing the production of two homemade cassava chip industries in East Lampung Regency, the results obtained are more optimal by using the fuzzy goal programming model.

One solution that is quite efficient for increasing productivity in educational institutions is to manage conflict. The ability of educational institution leaders to handle conflict well depends on their ability to combine various existing approaches, such as validating incoming news, discussions, negotiations, looking for mediators (judges), making peace, and others. The results of the research show that the competitiveness of higher education institutions is still low compared to other countries, and the quantity and quality of human resource development is still low. Therefore, the role of the Human Resources development division at the university is important. In an era of globalization that continues to develop with increasingly fierce competition, the teaching and academic profession has become a key element in ensuring the sustainability of a country's educational aspects. Teachers and academics in the field of education are individuals who have a big responsibility to lead educational institutions, both formal and non-formal, in providing education to students from generation to generation. The balance between work and personal life, often referred to as work-life balance, has become an increasingly important topic in discussions about workplace well-being. This research aims to deepen the analysis of teachers and academics in their efforts to achieve balance between demanding work lives and diverse personal lives. Through a phenomenological approach, we will explore the world of teachers and academics from their own perspective, understanding their feelings, thoughts and experiences in facing these challenges. Based on the results of this research, it shows that work life balance in the teaching profession and academics who work in the educational environment can be achieved with various supporting and inhibiting factors. Primarily, the biggest supporting factor in achieving work-life balance is determined by self-management in dividing needs in the world of work and in the personal world such as home and family. This self-management certainly cannot be measured by the same standards because of the similarities between the teaching and academic professions, between one individual and another individual who has different backgrounds, positions and responsibilities. Therefore, the work life balance expected for each individual is certainly different from one individual to another.

The results of this research indicate an increase in satisfaction among organizational members, which can be achieved by encouraging strong work motivation and strengthening commitment to the organization based on organizational cultural values. This effort can be started by creating a conducive work environment; The organization is able to provide all facilities that support the smooth running of learning and teaching. This research aims to: (1) determine whether or not there is an influence of vocabulary mastery on the exposition writing ability of class X SMA Negeri Se-Kota Yogyakarta (2) determine whether or not there is an influence of mastery of Indonesian grammar on the ability to write expositions of class X SMA Negeri Se-Kota Yogyakarta, and (3) determine whether or not there is an influence of mastery of Indonesian vocabulary and grammar on the ability to write expositions of class This research is ex-post facto research. The research subjects were students class X SMA Negeri Se-Kota Yogyakarta. Sampling used a stratified random sampling technique with a total of 345 students taken. Data collection was carried out using ability tests including vocabulary, grammar and expository writing. Data analysis uses product moment correlation analysis techniques and multiple linear regression analysis. The level of error in the analysis results is determined at 5%. The results of the research show that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of vocabulary mastery on expository writing ability class X student of SMA Negeri se-Kota Yogyakarta with a calculated r value of 0.164, r table of 0.098, relative contribution of 30.29% and effective contribution of 1.82%; (2) there is a positive and significant influence of mastery of Indonesian grammar on the exposition writing ability of class X student SMA Negeri se-Kota Yogyakarta which is indicated by the calculated r value of 0.221, r table of 0.098, relative contribution of 69.71% and effective contribution of 4.18%; (3) there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously on the mastery of Indonesian vocabulary and grammar on the exposition writing ability of class X student SMA Negeri se-Kota Yogyakarta indicated by an F value of 10.950, a regression coefficient (R) of 0.245, and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.060. This means that 6% of expository writing ability is influenced by mastery of vocabulary and grammar, while the remaining 94% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.

This research aims to determine and analyze the role of school principals in improving teacher professionality, the obstacles faced by school principals in increasing teacher professionality, what efforts the principal makes to increase teacher professionality at Al Azhar 4 Islamic High School Kemang Pratama. The method used in this research is a type of qualitative research. This research was written by describing or describing what the researcher saw and found. The subjects in this research were school principals, curriculum representatives, teachers and students. The results of this research show that the role of the principal in increasing the professionality of teachers at Al Azhar 4 Islamic High School Kemang Pratama Bekasi is The principal plays a role as a leader in directing and providing direction to teachers. They are responsible for designing professional development strategies, providing training, and providing support to improve teachers' skills and knowledge. The principal also plays a role in creating a school environment that supports professional growth. Obstacles occur due to limited resources, resistance to change from some teachers, heavy workload demands, time constraints, lack of support from the education center. Techniques for increasing the professional competence of School Principals include regular training, individual approaches in developing teacher professionality, collaboration between teachers for the exchange of experiences.

The Education Unit is a place where educated and knowledgeable future generations of the nation are created, because there is a learning process from educators to mature children into people of high character, not only at school but can be applied in everyday life. However, the purpose of this educational unit sometimes does not meet expectations, there are still cases of problems that come from schools due to a lack of absorption of the values and norms taught by educators. The research study was carried out by means of a literature study with a narrative literature review approach. Based on the researcher's analysis, there are several efforts that can be made in schools, namely 1) a teacher approach by providing education and advice that can shape an educated personality so as to avoid bullying, 2) asking for help from other fellow teachers when it cannot be done personally, 3) installing anti-bullying posters in every corner of the school as a form of socialization, 4) assistance from Babinkamtibmas in providing education on the impact of bullying, and 5) assistance from social services in the form of rehabilitation activities for children who are deemed to experience social barriers in socializing.

PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MEDIA TORSO TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPA SISWA KELAS IV SD YPK ELIM MALANU KOTA SORONG

This research aims to find out and describe whether there is an influence of Torso Media on improving the learning achievement of science subjects at fourth grade students, at SD YPK Elim Malanu, Sorong City. In this study, researchers used a multiple choice test which was given twice (pretest and posttest) to 32 students as the research sample. The method used is a quantitative method, with data analysis techniques using the paired sample t test. The results of the research show that there is an influence of Torso Media on improving the learning outcomes of science subjects at fourth grade students. It was seen from 13,806>2.0422, or tcount > ttable, so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion is the using of Torso media has a significant effect on improving student learning outcomes in science subjects and based on the sig value, namely 0.00 < 0.05, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It means that there is an average difference between the pre-test and post-test, and there is an influence from learning using Torso Media on Learning outcomes of fourth grade students at YPK Elim Malanu Elementary School, Sorong City.

PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MEDIA KOMIK TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MENULIS KALIMAT PADA KELAS III SD INPRES 15 KABUPATEN SORONG

Learning media is one of the tools used to achieve learning. It is kind of visual or audio. Learning media is easy to understand the material from teacher’s explanation. This research is quantitative method with pre-experimental design. The sample of this research is the third students and the total number is 20 students. To analyse the data is used SPSS application to calculate the result of pre-test and post-test. Based on the result, the average of post-test score is 87.30 with the standard deviation 4.74 and the average of pre-test score is 72.75 with standard deviation 6.27. It means that those scores are calculated statistically to get the score of t_table 0.10 and the significant of paired samples test is 0.00 < 0.05, it indicates that there is an improvement of experimental class that uses comic media in writing sentence. The use of comic media can help the student in writing sentence and students motivate in learning process.

In this paper, the author wants to examine the development of the benefits of Gili Sulat mangrove ecotourism in relation to the concept of blue carbon which can be integrated into efforts to develop ecotourism on sustainable coasts and waters. This research is descriptive qualitative research. Data sources consist of primary and secondary data. Primary data collection was carried out by interviews using questionnaires, focus group discussions and observation of all activities in the Gili Sulat ecotourism area. Secondary data was obtained by searching literature and publications carried out by relevant agencies and documenting research results. Interview techniques using questionnaires were carried out to be more efficient in identifying the parameters to be analyzed and to find out the respondents' desires. The aquatic ecosystem on Gili Sulat is very beneficial for the people of Tekaloq hamlet, Sugian village as protection from disasters, such as abrasion, erosion, high waves. The link between blue carbon and ecotourism can be a strong measuring tool to support the preservation of coastal and aquatic ecosystems. Increasing public awareness about environmental conservation, ecotourism, and the role of blue carbon in mitigating climate change is very important to achieve sustainability and is a step in increasing public awareness and knowledge that can be carried out by stakeholders in collaboration with experts and environmental activists. By increasing public awareness and sustainable management efforts, it is hoped that it can support ecotourism activities which can make a significant contribution to mitigating climate change through the blue carbon concept.

OPTIMASI TINGKAT KEPUASAN MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS BUDI LUHUR MELALUI PENDEKATAN ANALISIS FAKTOR

This research aim to evaluate of student satisfaction at Budi Luhur University. This approach involves identifying the factors that determine satisfaction and determining the factors that are most dominant in the quality of UBL Teaching and Learning, as well as looking for indicators that make up these dominant factors. Data for this research was obtained through distributing questionnaires to students from 4 faculties, with a total sample of 302 students. Data analysis was carried out using two main methods, namely Descriptive Analysis and Factor Analysis. The purpose of Descriptive Analysis is to provide a general description of the factors that influence student satisfaction with Budi Luhur University student learning activities. Meanwhile, Factor Analysis is used to identify the main factors that student satisfaction. The research results show that overall, students have a sufficient level of satisfaction with teaching and learning activities at Budi Luhur University. The most dominant factor in determining student satisfaction is tangible. Therefore, increasing student satisfaction can be increased by increasing other factors which level of mastery is still low. The implications of these findings can be used as a basis for developing strategies and improving student teaching and learning activities, to improve the student experience at Budi Luhur University.

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence Student Learning Motivation. Data collection using online forms with the Census method and the analysis method used is Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) with a Research Sample of 238 Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Class of 2023. Based on the results of this study, 10 factors were obtained that influence student learning motivation, self-confidence factors, self-doubt factors, Intrinsic Motivation, Academic Motivation or Motivation to Learn, Emotions Related to Academic Achievement, Confidence in Academic Ability, Extrinsic and Intrinsic Motivation factors, Self-Confidence in Learning Ability, Knowledge Transfer Confidence. Confidence in Learning Ability. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that there are 10 factors out of 31 indicators that motivate student learning. Factors that influence students' learning motivation are self-confidence factors, self-doubt factors, Intrinsic Motivation, Academic Motivation or Motivation to Learn, Emotions Related to Academic Achievement, Confidence in Academic Ability factors, Extrinsic and Intrinsic Motivation factors, Self-Confidence in Learning Ability, Confidence Knowledge Transferability. This research aims to determine: (1) The implementation of the Mind Mapping learning model in learning Economics with Employment material for Class XI Students at Tri Dharma Ende High School. (2) Achievement in learning Economics with Employment Material for Class after applying the Mind Mapping model. The type of research used is classroom action research (PTK) which consists of two cycles. Each cycle has one meeting each. The subjects of this research were 15 class XI students at SMA Tri Dharma Ende. The data collection technique used is; (1) Observation, (2) Test and; (3) Documentation. The data analysis technique used uses the Kemmis & McTaggart model, in (Arikunto, 2010) The results of this research show that (1) the Mind Mapping Model can be applied well in learning Labor Economics material. This can be seen from the first cycle, the implementation level was 65.71% or included in the quite good category and increased in the second cycle by 80% or included in the good category. (2) Student learning achievement after applying the Mind Mapping model increased. This can be seen in cycle I where 11 people completed it or 73.33% and 4 people or 26.67% did not complete it. Increased in cycle II from 15 students to 100% completion level. Thus, the proposed action hypothesis "By applying the Mind Mapping learning model in Economics Learning and Employment Materials for Class XI Students at Tri Dharma Ende High School was declared accepted.

The aim of this research is to find out how the philosophical foundations of education view student character education. As an educational institution, schools are not only tasked with educating students and creating a good learning environment, but are also expected to develop good character in students. If in relation to learning, national education must be accessible to students, then schools must also be able to shape students' characters better. We know that students are great imitators of adults, positive attitudes, let alone negative attitudes, are easy for students to imitate. Therefore, teachers must always show good character to their students, and the nation's prospective students are expected to have good character in addition to cognitive intelligence. The research method uses a library research approach, where previous research is summarized from library sources, documents and scientific journals. The information collected is analyzed to achieve in-depth understanding through library research by processing and collecting various types of secondary data from the surrounding environment. This philosophical foundation becomes a guideline that guides the creation of a comprehensive character education program, including ontological, epistemological and axiological aspects. The philosophical foundation thus not only provides a conceptual basis, but also a practical basis that guides the implementation of character education.

The quality of education is reflected in the strength and sustainability of the philosophical foundation adopted. Education that is considered good is education that is capable of producing people with character. In the Indonesian context, Pancasila is the foundation of the country's philosophy which is a reflection of the nation's soul. Pancasila is not just an ideology, but also a spirit in working in various fields, especially in the field of education. The practice of Pancasila in education is not just a formality, but includes the overall understanding and integrity of the five principles contained in Pancasila. This is in accordance with the formulation in the preamble to the 1945 Constitution, which includes belief in the Almighty God, just and civilized humanity, Indonesian unity, democracy led by wisdom in deliberation/representation, and social justice for all Indonesian people. The research method used is literature study by referring to related studies and research, as well as applying descriptive-analytical methods in presenting research results. With the hope that in the future, it is hoped that Pancasila can become the main source of reference in building good character in elementary schools.

Collaboration between the Visual Communication Design Study Program (DKV) and school educational institutions has become an interesting subject. This collaboration was carried out in an effort to improve the quality of teaching materials through improving visual communication. This research aims to explore and analyze collaboration between the DKV Study Program and schools in creating teaching materials that are more visually effective. This research method uses a qualitative method using a library research approach. The research results show the form of method steps in the collaboration process between the Visual Communication Design Study Program and schools. Then create a process flow in the collaborative activities that will be carried out later. Joint involvement in this development creates teaching materials, collaborative workshops and training for teachers on understanding visual design principles with learning needs in the school environment. This research campaigns for the importance of cross-sector collaboration in education to improve visual communication. An important implication of these results is the potential to have a better understanding of the process of developing more visually effective teaching materials through collaboration between DKV and schools, as well as providing a basis for further program development in improving the quality of education.

This development research aims to find out; (a) Validity of LKPD assisted by the Canva application on circle material based on ethnomathematics to improve students' mathematical communication skills, (b) Practicality of LKPD assisted by the Canva application on circle material based on ethnomathematics to improve students' mathematical communication skills and (c) Effectiveness of LKPD assisted by the Canva application on material Ethnomathematics-Based Circles to Improve Students' Mathematical Communication Skills. The type of research used is Research and Development (RnD). The research model used is the 4D Model (Define, Design, Development and Disseminate). The subjects in this research were 30 class VIII students at MTs Muhammadiyah Sidomulyo. The results of this research analysis are; (a) The LKPD developed meets the valid category and the percentage value obtained is 94.25% with the criteria "Very Appropriate" (b) The LKPD developed meets the practical category and the percentage value obtained is 93.33% with the criteria "Very Good" (3) The LKPD that was developed met the effective category with a complete learning result obtained by a percentage of 86.66% and students who completed the minimum KKM score, namely 27 students with classical completeness obtained a percentage of 90%. This shows that overall, the development of LKPD assisted by the Canva application on ethnomathematics-based circle material to improve the mathematical communication skills of class VIII students at MTs Muhammadiyah Sidomulyo is included in the valid, practical and effective category.

The aim of this research is to improve social media ethics by using classical guidance on brainstorming techniques for class XI MIPA 3 students at SMA Negeri 1 Ampel. This research is classroom action research. The subjects of this research were class XI MIPA 3 students with a total of 36 students. This research consists of three cycles with data collection techniques in this research using observation techniques. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis. The research results show that there has been an increase in social media ethics through classical guidance services using brainstorming techniques. In cycle I, there was an increase from pre-cycle 45.7% to 50% in cycle I and experienced another increase in cycle II of 60% and in cycle III to 81.25%. So, with classical guidance services, brainstorming techniques can improve social media ethics in class XI MIPA 3 students at SMA Negeri 1 Ampel Semester 2 for the 2021/2022 academic year.

The aim of this research is to determine the increase in students' Mathematics learning activities and outcomes by implementing the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model in class XI IPA.1 of SMA Negeri 1 Ampel for the 2021/2022 academic year. The research was carried out in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year for 2 months, namely from April to May 2022. The data collection method in this research used the test method and observation method. Data collection tools include test items, observation guidelines, and test results sheets. The research results are presented as follows: (1) Implementation of the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model can increase the mathematics learning activities of class XI IPA.1 students at SMA Negeri 1 Ampel for the 2021/2022 academic year. The student activity score in cycle I was 6.86 (fair), cycle II was 7.43 (good) and cycle III was 8.29. (2) Implementation of the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model can improve the mathematics learning outcomes of class XI IPA.1 students at SMA Negeri 1 Ampel for the 2021/2022 academic year. The number of students who achieved the KKM score in cycle I to cycle III was 18 people or 95%. Apart from that, the average class score in cycle I was 73.46; in cycle II was 74.62; and in cycle III it was 77.31.

This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research was conducted at SDK Ende 3. This research analyzes teachers who have implemented and implemented the psychological foundations of education. This research aims to find out whether there is an influence of increasing the social inquiry model on elementary social studies education courses for students of the PGSD Study Program at the University of Flores. This research method is quasi-experimental. The population in this study was 75 students in the 1st and 2nd semesters of the PGSD Study Program at Flores University and the research sample was 32 students. The experimental class uses a social inquiry model with orientation steps, formulating problems, formulating hypotheses, collecting data, testing hypotheses, and formulating conclusions. Use of data using tests. Data analysis used the independent t test. The results of the research show that the social inquiry learning model has an influence on the learning of elementary social studies subjects in students of the PGSD Study Program at the University of Flores, with a calculated value of -26.455 with a significance level of 0.05 and df = n-2 = (42-2) = 40, significance 0.000 < 0.05 then Hodi is rejected and Ha is accepted.

This research is an implementation of the use of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Learning Model assisted by LKPD QR Code as a form of innovation in the learning and teaching process. The aim of this research is to determine the improvement in student learning outcomes in science subjects using the PBL learning model assisted by LKPD QR Code. This research was carried out for 1 month starting from 26 July to 25 August 2023, on 19 class V students of SD Negeri 1 Lalalinggah. This research procedure was carried out in 2 cycles with research methods using quantitative methods. In the initial research, it was found that 13 students out of 19 students scored less than 65. However, in subsequent learning activities through the PBL learning model assisted by LKPD QR Code, student learning outcomes could be improved. This can be seen from the average score before treatment which was 57.63. Meanwhile in cycle I the average score of students increased to 62.00 and in cycle II the average score of students' abilities increased to 72.55.

This research aims to improve students' writing skills and improve mastery of sentence patterns and vocabulary in learning English and improve students' writing learning outcomes, especially in class X of SMK Negeri 1 Ende, Mautapaga Village, East Ende District, Ende Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. The subjects of this research were 39 students of class X- SMK Negeri 1 Ende. This research was carried out in three cycles, namely cycle I presented short message texts with the topic "Announcement", while cycles II and III presented descriptive texts with the topic "Description of people or things". In both cycles using the EGRU-based Literacy learning model, the results of data analysis showed that the average writing test score in cycle I was 65.38, the average writing test score in cycle II was 70.83 and in cycle III was 74.84. In cycle I there were 56.41% of students classified as active and very active, in cycle II there were 97.44% of students classified as active and very active, while in cycle III all students appeared active. Based on the student response questionnaire, out of 39 people, 36 people stated that they agreed to use EGRU in learning English, especially writing. Based on this classroom action research, EGRU has a big influence on students' writing activities, skills and learning outcomes. Therefore, it is hoped that similar teachers will use EGRU with a literacy approach in learning English, especially writing.

Data analysis was carried out in the following stages: obtaining data, data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and verification. The research results show that; (1) Islamic boarding school-based school management implemented by SMPIT Nurul Islam to develop students' academic and non-academic achievements has shown that the system is working well. (2) The strategy carried out by the school principal is realized through several activities, namely by providing tutoring to students, developing students' talents and potential through student activities, developing student learning activities, upgrading competition coaches, and providing motivation to students. (3) The success of Islamic boarding school-based school management in developing the academic and non-academic achievements of SMPIT Nurul Islam Tengaran students is due to the increase in the number of students and the many types of achievements achieved by the school.

This research aims to analyze the role of educators' professional ethics. Apart from that, this research also aims to determine the quality of education management at the Darul Ma'arif Islamic Boarding School in Rejang Lebong. This research uses a qualitative research approach. Data collection uses in-depth interview techniques and documentation. The data analysis technique uses a conclusion drawing technique by identifying various special characteristics of a message in an objective, systematic and generalist manner. The research results show that the professional ethical role of educators in Islamic boarding schools has been well developed. Professional ethics have been determined based on the principal's policy when determining the curriculum and recruiting teaching staff. The boarding school leadership determines the quality components and quality of activities as well as the activity implementers who can manage the education management at the Darul Ma'arif Rejang Lebong Islamic Boarding School. This is proven to be able to apply the professional ethical role of educators well. This research also found that the quality of education management at the Darul Ma'arif Rejang Lebong Islamic Boarding School is running well, which can be seen from the activities that have been carried out. There are regulations for teaching staff and students who have good consistency and direction in carrying out professional education management.

This evaluation research aims to evaluate the competence of matriculation teachers at Tribuana Kalabahi University which is based on student assessments to assess the competence of matriculation teachers in carrying out the learning process in the classroom which includes pedagogical competence, professional competence, personality competence and social competence. This evaluation activity is a routine activity carried out by LPM with the aim of ensuring that learning activities carried out by matriculation teachers have been carried out in accordance with the plans, objectives and standards or targets that have been set. This study uses a type of evaluation research with a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population in this study is 502 new students who took part in matriculation activities spread across 11 study programs at Tribuana Kalabahi University with data collection techniques using an online questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics with percentage calculation techniques. The evaluation results show that in general the competency of matriculation lecturers can be concluded that the overall perception of respondents towards the 28 matriculation lecturers received a positive response with an average percentage score of 82.29% or in the High category. Pedagogical competence 81.14%, professional competence 82.55%, personality competence 83.80% and social competence 83.65%.

This research aims to determine educational problems at the Ranjeng 2 Elementary School, Indramayu Regency which has implemented the Merdeka Curriculum. The method that researchers used was the observation method, as well as interviews for teachers and questionnaires for students. This research uses data collection that utilizes interview techniques and documentation techniques, and analysis is carried out using data triangulation and method triangulation. Interviews were conducted with several sources who were considered to be directly affected by the changes to the independent curriculum that were being implemented in schools and were only specifically for class VI students. The conclusion from the results of this research is that changes in the curriculum have caused some confusion for the majority of teachers who teach science learning in class VI with an independent curriculum. The lack of direct guidance from the government regarding the implementation of the independent curriculum means that teachers can only imitate driving schools that have implemented the independent curriculum with direct direction from the government. The number of educators to foster the implementation of the independent curriculum in class VI is also considered insufficient so that many teachers feel overwhelmed, and even have to sacrifice mentoring hours for teaching schedules in other classes, where the existing schedules conflict. Teachers also feel that the implementation of project learning has several positive and negative impacts on students. The positive impact is that students have abilities that are honed by technological advances, while the negative is that students will get bored because project learning is carried out consecutively for two weeks without any material learning.

The diversity that exists in this country can cause conflict due to differences of opinion between ethnicities, cultures, religions and so on, if it is not based on tolerance between one another. Multicultural education is an educational process that develops all human potential with various cultures, ethnicities and religions within it. The concept of multicultural education is expected to be able to minimize conflicts in society that occur due to differences in viewpoints, attitudes, cultures and so on. In Islam, Islamic educational philosophy is a science that examines various problems related to education, such as humans as subjects and objects of education, curriculum, methods, environment, teachers, and so on based on Islamic teachings which are based on the Koran and Al-Qur'an. Hadith. The Qur'an discusses a lot about the concept of multicultural education, such as the concept of getting to know and respect various cultures, races and religions, including Surah Al Hujurat verse 13 and Surah Yunus verse 99. Muslim philosopher M. Naquib Al Attas also gave his opinion regarding the multicultural concept, namely that individuals and society are not separated in the brotherhood of humanity, not only from a review of the historical social contract that has occurred, but also from a review of the primordial bonds that have existed between all humans created by God.

This study aims to investigate the transformational leadership role of madrasah heads in improving the performance of School Based Management (SBM)-based teachers in Raudlatul Athfal (RA) Al-Hidmah Maron Probolinggo. School Based Management (SBM) is considered an effective approach to improve the quality of education by giving principals and teachers authority in resource management and decision making. The focus of this research is on how the head of the as a transformational leader can have a positive impact on teacher performance through the implementation of School Based Management (SBM). The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study in Raudlatul Athfal (RA) Al-Hidmah Maron Probolinggo which has successfully implemented transformational leadership based on school based management (SBM). Data was collected through in-depth interviews with madrasah heads, teachers, and heads of IGRA (Ikatan Guru Raudlatul Athfal) Kecamatan Maron. The results of research in Raudlatul Athfal (RA) Al-Hidmah Maron Probolinggo show that transformational leadership of madrasah heads has an important role in improving teacher performance. Through inspiration, motivation, and the development of a shared vision, the head of the madrasah encourages teachers to actively participate in the decision-making and implementation of School Based Management (SBM). In addition, effective communication, coaching, and self-development are also key elements of successful transformational leadership. The implications of these findings can be used as a basis for the development of more effective education policies and leadership training in madrassas.

Ethnomathematics is the study of the relationship between mathematics and culture. The culture in question is related to the habits of human behavior in their environment. It is intended that through ethnomathematics, students can better understand mathematical concepts and their culture so as to create meaningful learning. It is important for teachers to develop a mathematics learning model that is meaningful to students from the aspects of content and process. One of the efforts that can be made is to design an ethnomathematics-based Hypothetical Learning Trajectory (HLT) in mathematics learning. The method used in writing this article is literature review. Based on supporting theories, it can be concluded that HLT is a learning design that includes student learning activities based on initial understanding abilities and student characteristics to achieve higher understanding abilities. HLT consists of three components, namely learning objectives, learning activities and learning process hypothesis. HLT in material form is in the form of context and content related to culture-based environment. Developing ethnomathematics-based HLT means using cultural values contextually by considering learning obstacles, material linkages, learning stages that are in accordance with students' thinking abilities, methods used by students and the carrying capacity of learning.

The current era of technology is a new innovation in social life. Almost all human activities are involved with technology. The development of technological has recently progressed very rapidly. Over time, technology has penetrated various sectors, including the education sector. The purpose of this research is to find out whether SD Negeri Bakalan has utilized technology-based learning media. The research method used is a qualitative method by means of interviews to obtain information about whether the elementary school has implemented technology-based learning media. The results of this research are that at SD Negeri Bakalan, which we interviewed one of the teacher, has implemented technology-based learning media, namely the Canva application and using PowerPoint as a learning media. The utilization of learning media is not all subjects can use PowerPoint, only subjects such as IPAS can use this learning media. The use of PowerPoint learning media can increase students' enthusiasm in participating in learning.

Knowledge of maintaining reproductive organs and preventing sex abuse in school-age children has a very important role in helping their knowledge about maintaining their reproductive health and preventing sexual crimes. Experimental with pre-test and post-test using animated videos. The sampling technique used was total sampling (32 respondents) class VIII-H at SMPN 9 Gresik. Data were collected using a knowledge questionnaire on maintaining reproductive organs and preventing sex abuse. Average knowledge before being given health education (52.02) and after being given health education (75.91). The average understanding of preventing sex abuse before being given health education (70.31) and after being given health education (82.50). The results of the paired t-test showed the influence of health education (animated videos) on knowledge of reproductive organ maintenance and preventing sex abuse at school age (pvalue 0.000). There is an influence of animated videos on knowledge of maintaining reproductive organs and preventing sex abuse in school-aged children at SMPN 9 Gresik.

This study aims to improve students' critical thinking skills through the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on the material about the elements of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia in class VII C SMPN 7 MATARAM in the 2022/2023 academic year. The research method used is classroom action research with a cycle of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of class VII C consisting of 30 students. Data were obtained through observation, written tests, interviews and documentation to measure students' critical thinking skills. The results showed that the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model was effective in improving students' critical thinking skills. In the first cycle, only 43.33% of students reached the minimum completion criteria. However, after applying the PBL model in the second cycle, the percentage of students who reached the minimum completeness increased to 73.33%. And in the third cycle the percentage of students who reached the minimum completeness increased to 93.33%. In addition, the observation results also showed an increase in students' activities and participation during learning. Learners actively discuss, exchange opinions, and find solutions to the problems given. This shows an increase in students' critical thinking skills. Based on the results of this study, it can be a reference for teachers and other researchers who are interested in improving students' critical thinking skills through innovative learning approaches.

The globalization of educational development through science and technology in the current era is moving so fast and great. Moreover, with the presence of the industrial revolution era 4.0 and welcoming the era of society 5.0. Globally, education on an international scale is generally based on the concept of enriching knowledge, honing independence and developing students' soft and hard skills. Likewise, with Islamic boarding schools, with their independence, they will become autonomous educational institutions, both from the learning system and funding. So how Islamic boarding schools manage their finances, including the strategies used to raise funds to continue the educational process in Islamic boarding schools. In the early stages of education in Islamic boarding schools, it was focused solely on teaching religious knowledge through classical books or the yellow book. Religious sciences consisting of various branches are taught in Islamic boarding schools in the form of wetonan, sorogan, memorization, or muzakarah. However, after the introduction of the ideas of reforming Islamic thought to Indonesia, this also influenced changes in the Islamic education system in Islamic boarding schools. Islamic boarding school education, which was initially only oriented towards deepening religious knowledge, began to include general subjects. It is hoped that the inclusion of general subjects will broaden the thinking horizons of the students and better prepare the students to face developments in the times.

This research aims to determine differences in students' academic grit in online statistics courses based on gender. This research was conducted in 2021 on odd semester Islamic Psychology Study Program students. The population is students who have taken statistics and advanced statistics courses in even and odd semesters, totaling 60 students. The sampling technique used is a total sample, where all members of the population are used as sample members. Data was collected using an academic grit measuring tool in which there are 12 statement items. Data were analyzed using an independent difference test (independent t-test). The results of this research are that there are differences in students' academic grit during online statistics lectures based on gender. The research proportion value obtained was 0.006, where this value was smaller than the research significance value (0.05). This difference is a separate note as an effort to relate it to competence in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. Statistical skills are one of the skills that must be possessed in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. This is because with the existence of "Big Data", skills are needed in how to collect data, process data, compile data, present data, and analyze data well so as to produce correct conclusions on the data. In the future, statistics learning needs to be strengthened from a practical perspective so that students are skilled in managing "Big Data".

THE EFFECTIVENESS OF STUNTING PREVENTION PROMOTION TO IMPROVE MOTHERS’ KNOWLEDGE

Childhood undernutrition include stunting remains a global public health problem that affects many middle-income countries. Nutrition education generally seeks to increase nutritional knowledge, thereby influencing attitude and practices towards good nutrition. This study aimed to analyze knowledge of stunting prevention before and after stunting prevention promotion in Purwakarta Village, Banten Indonesia. This study was quasi-experimental design with one group pre-posttest in 2023. The population in this study were mothers who had children under five years old in Purwakarta Village, Banten Indonesia. A total of 78 mothers who participated in stunting prevention promotion were selected as a respondent. Data was collected by questionnaire and analyzed using paired-t test. The mean score of stunting prevention knowledge was higher after intervention (Mean= 10,45; SD=0,83) than before intervention (Mean= 6,12; SD= 1,84) and it was statistically significant (p < 0,05). Appropriate nutrition promotion plays a role to inform and remind of stunting prevention behavior.

FOSTERING STUDENTS’ READING COMPREHENSION THROUGH PARTNER READING STRATEGY

This study focused in implementing Partner Reading Strategy in improving students’ reading comprehension. The genre of text was limited to the descriptive text that becoming one of curriculum target for English language skills competence for grade 8^th of SMPN 4 Taliwang, West Sumbawa Regency. By generating Classroom Action Based Research, 27 students were becoming sample toward this research. According to data analysis, this research found that the implementation of Partner Reading Strategy was claimed to improve student’s reading comprehension. This research was led to the Achievement Indicator by looking at the last cycle (Cycle II) achievement score as 76,86 and its categorization as Good. The implementation of Partner Reading Strategy also contributed to positive contribution into TL process as in; developed self-confident, activated in communication by sharing ideas each other, highly responded in taking feedback, developed social interaction between students and friends, and also teachers and their students. Therefore, the class situation became more fun and enjoyable for students and teacher. By meant that, the condition indirectly supported educational superiority and fostered student’s learning outcomes.

This article uses a literature study approach to explore in depth the history and motifs attached to Trusmi batik, one of the unique cultural heritages of Cirebon. Using a literature study method, this research details the evolution of Trusmi batik making techniques as well as identifying and analyzing the meaning behind its distinctive motifs. The research results illustrate how this textile art reflects the traditional values and rich culture of Cirebon. The implications of these findings not only provide in-depth insight into Trusmi batik art but also provide a strong basis for efforts to preserve and develop local culture. This article has value as a guide for researchers, artists, and cultural observers who are interested in preserving cultural riches through traditional art, especially in the context of Trusmi batik in Cirebon. We can better appreciate and preserve the uniqueness of Cirebon culture for future generations by studying the background and motifs of Trusmi batik. This cultural heritage shows how well Indonesia has done in cultivating regional customs that influence textile arts and highlights the diversity and resilience of Indonesian culture, both of which should be respected and preserved.

This research aims to determine the factors that cause someone to choose a study program option At Tribuana Kalabahi University, several variables are analyzed, namely Job Opportunities, Study Costs, Parental Influence, Personal Interests, Study Program Image. Thisi research is quantitative research using descriptive methods explorative. The population in this study were Class XII SMA/SMK students in Regency Alor, the sample in this study was taken as many as 188 high school and vocational school students XII which is in Alor district with sampling techniques done properly random. Data Which collected in study use technique spread questionnaire study to class XII students SMA/SMK in Alor District. Technique The data analysis used in this research is statistical analysis descriptive percentage. The research results show firstly, the main factor that has a significant impact on the decision of high school/vocational school students to choose Tribuana Kalabahi University as a place to continue their higher education is ithe availability of access or ease of location, with an influence level reaching 55%; secondly, the Primary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD) dominates by receiving the highest support from respondents, reaching a percentage of 34%; third, the employment opportunity factor has a significant influence, with 81% of respondents, the study cost factor also has a large impact, reaching a score of 77%. Parental influence is also quite significant, with 69%. Personal iinterest actors had a slightly smaller but still quite relevant role, with a score of 58%. The image ofithe study program, although still irelevant, apparently has a lower influence compared to other factors, namely only 44%.

In this day reading habit was low performance especially in the Z generation who was born in the late 1990s and early 2000s. They didn’t familiar with newspaper or magazine but they look for the information by internet. So, this study aim to find out “How Reading Habit can Support Students Self Regulated in Literal Reading Subject.” This research used descriptive qualitative Methods. Creswell (2012, p.274) explained the purposes of descriptive method is to find the detailed explanation and description about the object of the research systematically. This research was conducted at the first semester of Universitas Panca Sakti in Bekasi. The subjects of this research were fifty six students at the first semester on literal reading class. The data collection get by two instruments namely interviews and questionnaire. This finding revealed during learning took place; the student who has reading habit can easier to do all Reading Test than the student hasn’t reading habit. They agreed that the students need to have their own learning skills during learning. The result proves that how reading habit can support the students’ self regulated learning especially in literal reading subject.

ANALISIS VALIDITAS PENGEMBANGAN MODUL PEMBELAJARAN PENGELASAN SMAW BERBASIS PROYEK (PROJECT BASED LEARNING)

A teaching module is a set of tools, media, methods, instructions and learning guidelines that are prepared and planned to suit the student's development phase. The following research aims to examine the feasibility of a product from developing a project-based SMAW Welding Module (PjBl) for Mechanical Engineering Vocational Education students, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. This research was carried out using a quantitative approach. The following research is part of research and development using the Borg and Gall method, namely Develop Preliminary Form of Product Testing using the Expert Judgment validity test. The research results were analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The research results showed that the feasibility of the module content reached 87% in the very good and very feasible category, the feasibility of the learning presentation reached 92% in the very good and very appropriate category, the appropriateness of the language reached 89% and was in the very good and very feasible category and finally based on feasibility. Graphics reached 93% so it is included in the very good and very worthy category. Overall, the conclusion is drawn that the validity of the Project-based SMAW Welding Module (PjBl) is in the very good and very feasible category and can be continued to the Preliminary Field Testing stage.
