Regardless of that fact, we from Institut Pendidikan Nusantara Global team took initiative to conduct training that can assist students to overcome students reading ability by the theme Teaching Reading—Based Phonics Approach. This activity is carried out at the seventh graders (VII) of MTs NW Tanak Beak Barat. The methods we used in this community service are observation, socialization with the school stockholders, and doing the program. The result of this program is that there is an improvement in students’ reading ability at the seventh graders (VII) of MTs NW Tanak Beak Barat. In addition, there is an improvement in the students’ motivation after learning English through Phonics—Based Approach, so that students are not pressured and enjoy the learning activity. PEMBUATAN TEMPAT SAMPAH PERCONTOHAN SEBAGAI UPAYA MENGATASI MASALAH SAMPAH DI DESA POLOHUNGO Hafid, Wahyuni Hano, Yanti Hz Djau, Moh Fikyan Trash Can Clean Environment Used Goods Health Polohungo village has a population of 2.025 people in six hamlets. Based on survey data on field learning experience 1 ( PBL 1) in hamlets one, two, and three. Many Polohungo villagers do not have trash cans. It can be seen that the distribution of ownership of trash bins is based on the number of households ( 38.3% ) and 121 households ( 61.7% ). And the most that do not have trash bins are in hamlet 2, which is 52 families ( 26.5% ) of the total number of families in the hamlet. The goal is to provide awareness to the public that the importance of disposing of waste in its place and also keeping the environment clean and its benefits for health. The method used is a fission intervention, namely making a pilot trash can for the community in order to increase the utilization and ownership of the trash can in every house in the village of polohungo. The village boundaries with Dulupi Village in the west, Kota Raja & Polohungo Villages in the north, and the Tomini Sea in the east with a total population is around 1.038 people in 2021. The population density in Tabongo has increased a potential disease caused by rubbish heaps in any place which caused a flood, this problem will be solved by people’s attention to clean and healthy living behavior approach. Rubbish is a problem that is now faced by all surrounding communities. This waste develops along with the increase in population and the increase in development activities carried out by the community. The current waste problem is not only a problem in big cities but also in villages. The habit of littering is carried out in almost all circles of society, not only the poor, but even those with higher education also do it. Rough motoric development is very important and it is hoped that it will become a development that has been fulfilled in children because it can affect the physical and intellectual condition of a child. This activity aims to stimulate motoric development in children at Sentra Wirajaya Makassar who are still quite difficult to read and recognize letters by implementing circuit games. The implementation method used is pre-experimental with a one shot case study design. There were 10 children participating in this activity. Data collection techniques in this activity use observation and children's rough motoric instruments. The results obtained are the application of circuit games can be an alternative to stimulate rough motor development in children. This is indicated by all children showing the developmental stage, from good to very good. Participants also showed a positive response in the form of enthusiasm shown. The behavior modification technique used is positive reinforcement which is carried out through “Papan Atensi” which contain various routine activities of 9 social welfare service recipients (PPKS) Sentra Wirajaya Makassar. Samples were randomly selected using cluster random sampling technique. Behavior modification aims to see changes in PPKS disciplinary behavior at Sentra Wirajaya Makassar by using an attention board media which contains various routine activities of 9 PPKS people in one of the male houses. The results of the behavior modification that has been done show that there is an increase in PPKS disciplinary behavior after being given positive reinforcement. Not all students have an understanding of how to socialize safely in order to avoid cyber crimes which will become increasingly massive in the future, and students from SMA Negeri 13 Maros are no exception. For this reason, socialization and training on safe social media are needed so that students at SMA Negeri 13 Maros can avoid cyber crimes such as theft of personal data, fraud on behalf of other people on social media, cyber bullying to breaking into other people's accounts. The method used in this service is in the form of socialization and training in providing education to students of SMA Negeri 13 Maros. To measure the level of understanding before socialization, a pre-test was carried out with a result of 36.6 and a post-test after socialization of 85.8. From these results, it can be concluded that community service activities have increased partners' understanding regarding safe social media to avoid cyber crime. PELATIHAN AKUNTANSI DASAR UNTUK MENCEGAH KERUGIAN BAGI USAHA MIKRO KECIL DI LINGKUNGAN DANAU DUTA HARAPAN Iskandar, Octo Akuntansi, Kelas Small-micro business Basic accounting Preventing business Usaha mikro kecil merupakan salah satu sektor informal yang muncul dari usaha perseorangan di masyarakat dengan tujuan untuk menciptakan lapangan kerja dan meningkatkan pendapatan atau pendapatan keluarga dengan cara menjual sayur mayur, ikan, kerupuk, buah-buahan, makanan dan minuman di pasar, pinggir jalan dan pemukiman penduduk. Daerah yang selalu terkendala modal, kekurangan dan utang yang selalu bertambah dengan pendapatan yang minim, maka dari itu kegiatan PKM ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan informasi dan pelatihan kepada para pedagang kecil mengenai akuntansi dasar dan pencatatan akuntansi agar dapat mencegah kerugian dan dapat mengembangkan usahanya. Metode pelaksanaannya dilakukan dalam empat tahap, yaitu. tahap 1) Observasi dan analisis situasi, 2) Diskusi dengan pejabat lingkungan, perwakilan pedagang kecil dan petugas keamanan setempat terkait masalah mendesak yang menjadi pokok PKM, 3) Penetapan jadwal pelaksanaan dan pembagian kerja tim PKM, 4) Tahap pelaksanaan dilakukan dalam empat sesi, yaitu 1) Sesi ceramah dan penyajian materi, 2) Sesi tanya jawab 3) Sesi pendampingan pembuatan pencatatan akuntansi, 4) Sesi wawancara. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini memberikan peserta informasi baru tentang akuntansi dan pembukuan atau pencatatan, dimana peserta antusias mengikuti kegiatan tersebut dan ingin melakukan pembukuan pada usahanya yang belum pernah dilakukan, bukan karena tidak mau melakukannya, tetapi mereka belum mengerti tentang pembukuan dan tidak mengetahui bahwa pencatatan akuntansi itu penting dalam perkembangan serta mencegah kerugian dalam usahanya. Roni Masyudi, Masyudi Community service Speaking Grammar The team of lecturers from the Institut Pendidikan Nusantara Global did socialization activities for the development of English language skills for the second class of MTs Darul Aminin NW Aikmual Lombok Tengah in order to fulfill one of the Tridharma elements of higher education in the field of community service. English grammar or grammar with Simple Present Tense material as a reference in developing English language skills in this community service. There were 35 students at MTs Darul Aminin NW Aikmual, all of whom came from class A. Each student had difficulties, especially in understanding the Simple Present Tense material, which was proven by the results of the pre-test. Efforts to develop English skills include a pre-test, discussion of material, games, practice questions, and post-test. Besides students being able to use sentence forms properly and correctly, students can also understand Simple Present Tense sentence forms with a new learning atmosphere and more fun learning methods and this is the result of this community service agenda. Wahyu Muliadi, Mul Tarmizi, Ahmad Community service Education Society Pengabdian masyarakat adalah suatu Gerakan atau  proses pemberdayaan diri yang dilaksanakan oleh dosen tetap maupun mahasiswa untuk kepentingan masyarakat. Pengabdian masyarakat besifat berkesinambungan dan dalam jangka panjang karena dalam membangun sebuah pengabdian di dalam masyarakat dibutuhkan proses yang panjang. Banyak aspek yang harus di sentuh untuk menjadikan masyarakat itu lebih baik, karakternya, budidayanya, sampai pola pikirnya harus disentuh untuk benar-benar menciptakan suatu masyarakat yang lebih baik dan berkualitas. Pengabdian merupakan salah satu yang wajib kita laksanakan dari tiga tri dharma perguruan tinggi. KKN Tematik yang dilaksanakan oleh kampus Institut Pendidikan Nusantara Global tahun 2022 mengedepankan tema  Membangun desa melalui pendidikan. Tema itulah yang dari awal kita bangun untuk mencari informasi disekitar tempat kami melakukan kewajiban KKN ini. Membantu masyarakat dalam membangun desa melalui pendidikan ini dimaksudkan untuk membantu masyarakat tidak hanya dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan diberbagai bidang terutama pendidikan, tetapi juga dapat membantu warga dalam pembangunan di bidang ekonomi, lingkungan dan kesehatan. Kelompok KKN tematik ini melakukan kegiatan KKN tematik terintegrasi di salah satu desa yang berada di kecamatan jonggat tepatnya di Desa Bunkate. Penduduk desa bunkate umumnya bergerak di bidang budidaya pertanian, serta berdagang. Through the Professional Work Lecture program, Students of the Faculty of Psychology, Makassar State University carry out community service at PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Sulawesi. The purpose of this service is to prevent hustle culture behavior among employees. The method used is non-training psychoeducation with the help of banners and posters. The method used in data collection is a survey that is distributed via Google form and analyzed descriptively. Based on the survey conducted, it was found that the average employee is in the middle category who experiences the characteristics of hustle culture with a percentage of 72.3%. After employees are given psychoeducation there are 90% of employees at PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Sulawesi which is committed to reducing hustle culture behavior. Hasil dari kegiatan ini dapat dilihat bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan antara hasil sebelum melakukan pelatihan dan setelah pelatihan sebesar 71%. Sulawesi Selatan Communication is important to maintain relationships, especially in the work environment. However, based on preliminary data conducted at the Rumah Sakit Khusus Daerah Dadi (RSKD) in South Sulawesi Province, there is still a lack of knowledge about communication and how to make communication more effective. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge and effective communication skills to the staff and employees at Rumah Sakit Khusus Daerah Dadi. The methods used are lecturing and sharing sessions. The participants consist of 41 participants, 9 of whom were male, while 32 participants were female registered. The result of the seminar shows that the activity runs well. It can be known from the improvement of the post-test conducted by the participants after following the seminar. The actions taken serve to introduce people to renewable energy sources, educate them about it, and help with solar panel lighting for the master plan area for village tourism development. PEMBERDAYAAN KADER DALAM PEMBUATAN MAKANAN PENDAMPING ASI (MPASI) BERBAHAN LOKAL Sari, Novia Sari, Sherly Mariance Empowerment Cadres MPASI Complementary food for ASI is food given to infants/children in addition to breast milk to meet their nutritional needs. Complementary foods are started to be given to babies aged 6 months, because the nutritional needs to support their growth and development are still lacking if only breast milk. Breast milk only meets the needs of about 60% -70% of a baby's needs after the age of 6 months. Meanwhile, 30% -40% must be met from complementary foods. Therefore, it is very important to educate the community through empowering cadres as an extension in providing assistance to mothers who have toddlers in providing additional food to babies. Community service activities were carried out in the working area of ​​the Megang Health Center on November 12, 2022 with 15 toddler cadres as respondents. The stages of the activities carried out included making leaflets, providing counseling about complementary foods and demonstrating the preparation of complementary foods with a balanced menu (carbohydrates, animal protein, vegetable protein, vegetables and fat) using local ingredients. The results of community service, after conducting knowledge counseling for cadres, the average is 78% in the good category. Then after the demonstration, the cadres were able to make a well-filtered MPASI menu. So it is recommended that the involvement of cadres in empowering mothers who have toddlers in making MPASI with a balanced menu through the use of local ingredients. BOSOWA BERLIAN MOTOR MAKASSAR Tetteng, Basti Mangarengi, Yusyah Alreffyanny Cahyani, Indah Ramadhani, Indri Saputri, Sri Dewi Rahmah, Tri Workload Human resources Efficiency Workload analysis is a technique that performs to calculate the workload of employees in a company. Workload analysis aims to help PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor in the adjustment of the efficiency of human resources (HR). The method used in this study is the guided free-type interview method. This method makes it easier for the interviewee to freely ask questions to the interviewer regarding workload or in terms of career development at the company. Data analysis techniques were carried out using FTE (Full Time Equivalent) calculations through software in Microsoft Excel. The results of workload analysis by using FTE calculations that are classified as FIT in the mechanical position of Mechanic are CS ASS, Sales Spare Parts, and Cashier. The results that are classified as FIT are not given the recommendation to do a Job Redesign. In addition, the result of the FTE showed that there some positions are classified as Under Fit, CS, SalesForce, Accounting Staff, and Sales Advisor. The result of the FTE which was categorized as overload are ASS admin and talent management and org development. In certain beliefs, the work of Jenitri seeds is used as a worship tool and a medical device. Therefore, Jenitri seeds have a fairly high selling value compared to other handicrafts because of their various functions. Adiluhur Tourism Village is a village that is currently under development as a tourist spot with the name Kebumen English Tourism Village (KWIK) and is located in Adiluhur Village, Kec. The target of the service is parents who have early childhood and parents who work as fishermen. The problem with community service is the lack of knowledge and attention of parents in instilling Islamic values in their children from an early age. The author and the Community Service team raised the theme of Early Childhood Education as a Pillar of Building a Progressive Village. From this theme, the PkM Team broke it down into 2 discussion materials presented at the seminar, namely: 1) The Importance of Early Childhood Education in Coastal Areas (Children Fishermen), 2) Inculcation of Islamic Values in Early Childhood in the Area coast. There are 3 stages that are passed in the dedication process, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. The preparatory stage is carried out by making observations as a preliminary step to see the real conditions that occur in the coastal community environment. The implementation stage is the stage of assisting the material that has been prepared by the author with the lecture and discussion method. The stage ends with an evaluation. Evaluation is carried out by collecting and concluding the information and data obtained at the stages carried out. One of the applications of the Community Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) concept, CLTS is a concept with a promotion approach by facilitating the community to apply good environmental sanitation with a focus on not defecating in the open. Based on the 2019 annual report Health Center, the incidence of diarrhea ranks second in environmental-based diseases with 111 cases. The high prevalence of diarrhea is partly due to the lack of access to clean water, as much as 27.4% of clean water facilities/dug wells do not meet the requirements. As many as 35% of households still defecate in the open. They will come to an analysis of the quality of the questions. Item analysis was carried out to determine the quality of the items prepared. Questions that are of good quality will greatly affect the results of the assessment and capture the learning outcomes well. The purpose of this training is to introduce how to analyze items using ITEMAN by paying attention to the characteristics of the level of difficulty, discriminating power, and the function of the item distractor. This research is descriptive research using observation, interview, and evaluation methods. Participants in this training consisted of 25 students and female students who were students from IPNG. The results of this study were that all participants felt helped in making questions that would soon set their feet in the world of education and some of them even became teachers or instructors. Listening to TED Talks Video can provide an overview of content structure, make content understanding more optimal, also facilitate the teaching and learning process in more depth, and make learning more stimulating because it applies new models in learning. Through the TED Talk Video, we can learn about the ability to speak effectively in public and learn how intonation, body movements, eye contact, and control awareness without anxiety, can boost students' self-confidence. One form of creating production efficiency is by calculating the cost of production using the ratio of raw materials in creating a low-cost finished product. Production efficiency is able to reduce costs so that the products produced are low-cost, which in the end the company is able to sell its products at lower prices as well. The calculation of the cost of production plays a very important role in determining the selling price of the product so that the set price can be competitive. In cost accounting, the function of calculating the cost of production is to determine, analyze and report the realization of cost items so that the financial reports can show reasonable data. Procurement of training activities by partnering with three rice mill business actors in Krangtowo Village in Demak City to provide training as well as guide business actors to be able to innovate in creating efficient rice production. The evaluation of this training is based on the understanding of the trainees in the given session. In addition, a questionnaire was also given which was filled in by participants to assess the quality of the training at the end of the session. From the training that was given enthusiastically and the participants' understanding was very good, this was evidenced from the questionnaire given at the end of the training session, the average understanding of the participants was on a scale of 4 which was included in the good category. So that the results of this training in the future must always be improved so that the understanding of village communities in managing finances and business management is even better. In this case, the role of residents is important to know and understand the existence of hazards because they are faced with these hazards every day, as well as gas cylinder/hose leaks, cleanliness of living rooms, kitchens, beds and bathrooms, storage and use of hazardous chemicals or perhaps pet feces, etc. All of these become important to understand about Occupational Safety and Health (OHS). All of these make it important to understand Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) in a domestic setting. There are many examples that we can see from various television news or other media. Most house fires are caused by work accidents either by household assistants or family members who live in the house. Damage to electrical/electronic equipment or leakage of gas cylinders/hoses is also caused by ignorance or neglect of factors that are at risk of causing accidents in the workplace and will ultimately threaten the safety of the residents of the house. This PKM activity uses lecture, practice and question and answer methods. Based on the results of this training activity it was found that during the Mendeley training activities the participants were very enthusiastic as can be seen from the responses of the participants who actively asked when they experienced difficulties. From the results of discussions conducted with students, it was clear that making a list of references was indeed an obstacle for them. Therefore, the PKM implementation team wanted to motivate students that training in using the Mendeley application could help make it easier for them to enter reference lists automatically. The PKM (Community Service) team conducted PKM at the Al-Mutmainnah Islamic Boarding School Cooperative, Dasan Baru Village, Kediri District, West Lombok Regency to provide information on business development, financial management, and strategies to expand business fields and ultimately be able to increase the income of cooperative members. The benefits of PKM activities received by cooperative administrators and members are education and skills to expand business fields that can be applied so that member income increases. PKM implementation is in the form of material and practice aimed at cooperatives and monitoring. PSYCHOLOGICAL FIRST AID (PFA) PADA KORBAN DI UPTD PPA KOTA MAKASSAR Murdiana, Sitti Arifin, Putri Amaliah Muhammad, Essam S.Sappe Abdulwahid Patonangi, Andi Iftitah Mutiara Israk, Israk Psychological First Aid Korban Anak Perempuan The Regional Technical Implementation Unit for the Protection of Women and Children (UPTD PPA) in Makassar City is a service that fully re-empowers women and children who are victims of violence. One of the interventions that can be carried out in handling the client's psychological condition at the beginning of dealing with the problem of acts of violence experienced is by applying Psychological First Aid (PFA). The Psychological First Aid (PFA) model provided is the Johns Hopkins RAPID PFA model. There are five phases in the RAPID PFA model, namely: Rapport, Assessment, Priority, Intervention, and Disposition. The SDQ-25 and DASS-21 scales were also given to see the range of the victim's psychological condition after administration of PFA. The victims who were given PFA were 3 people with the initials D, F and NR. Based on the results of the implementation of the PFA, it can be seen that the psychological state of the victim is generally in the normal category. So, it can be concluded that the application of PFA is proven to be able to make victims feel calmer, safer and connected. Kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat  mengenai bagaimana menyikapi orang yang meninggal dimasa pandemi Covid-19 ini, menjadikan masyarakat tidak mau mengurusi jenazah meskipun belum tentu positif Covid. Pelatihan pengurusan jenazah dimasa pandemi Covid-19 dengan bekerja sama anatara MUI Desa Arjasari (Lembaga Keagamaan) dan  Puskesamas Desa arjasari (Lembaga Kesehatan), merupakan salah satu upaya dalam menangani permasalahan tersebut, hal ini dianggap penting karena masyarakat perlu mendapatkan pencerahan serta wawasan mengenai Covid-19 baik dalam persepektif Agama dan Kesehatan agar memberikan keyakinan yang utuh. Setelah diadakan pelatihan ini, diharapkan masyarakat memahami dan mampu mempraktekan pengurusan jenazah terutama di masa pandemi Covid-19. ABSTRACT Covid-19 has had many influences on life in the community, one of which is in religious matters, namely regarding the management of corpses. The lack of public understanding of how to respond to people who died during the Covid-19 pandemic, made people not want to take care of corpses even though they were not necessarily positive for Covid. Laundry menyediakan jasa pencucian pakaian mulai proses pencucian hingga pengeringan dan hingga tahap penyelesaian dimana pakaian diberikan kepada konsumen sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Namun, pada massa pandemi bisnis laundry tersebut terkena dampak dari adanya Covid-19 sehingga mengalami penurunan omzet. The initial survey was conducted in Tangkerang Selatan Village, Pekanbaru City, out of 8 elderly people, mostly 5 people with complaints such as body fatigue, difficulty moving, leg pain when walking, aches and pains, and stiffness that occur consistently. One of the efforts made by doing prevention and rheumatic exercises regularly is to reduce the pain from rheumatism. The purpose of this community service is to increase the knowledge of the elderly about health, namely by doing rheumatic prevention and exercises. The media is used for counseling leaflets and practicing rheumatic gymnastics movements. The method used is by giving post-tests and pret-tests. The results of this activity obtained elderly knowledge at the time of the Pret Test as much as 40% had poor knowledge and increased during the post-test by 70% with good knowledge.  It is hoped that increasing knowledge and doing rheumatic gymnastics movements at the integrated service post and at home can prevent or reduce rheumatic symptoms in the elderly. Outbound Training aims to help 13 employees of the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) Potential and Competency Assessment (PPK) of the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of South Sulawesi Province. The method in this study is to use the One Group Pre-Post Design Method, this method is supported by giving a team cohesiveness questionnaire as a pre-test then a post-test after giving intervention in the form of outbound training. Based on the results of the paired sample t-test, the 2-tailed significance value is 0.002 <0.05, which means that there is a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of the outbound training process on increasing team cohesiveness at UPT PPK BKD South Sulawesi Province, this can be seen in the results of data analysis, namely that there are differences in group cohesiveness values before and after the implementation of outbound training for employees of 13 UPT PPK BKD South Sulawesi Province. The activities are designed to empower teachers in developing and sharpening their skills in scientific writing, with the hope that this will have an impact on improving the quality of education and academic collaboration at the local level. Through a participatory approach, the training offers an interactive platform for teachers to learn the basics of scientific writing, receive direct feedback from sources, and collaborate with fellow participants. This interaction, which combines theory with practice, gives participants an in-depth understanding of the research, writing, and publication process. Furthermore, by leveraging the expertise of the source, participants gain insight into the standards and expectations of the wider academic community. The post-training evaluation showed rejoicing results. The majority of participants increased confidence in writing and felt better prepared to participate in academic discussions and contributions to scientific publications. This increase confirms the effectiveness of the training approach adopted. This initiative, apart from its success in improving teacher writing skills, also shows the great potential of collaboration between higher education institutions and secondary schools. The aim of this mentoring activity is to increase teachers' knowledge and understanding in developing differentiated e-modules containing scientific literacy. Differentiated learning is closely related to the global education agenda, namely emphasizing scientific literacy which is associated with socioscientific issues. The participants in this activity were 12 teachers at SDN 1 Sengkerang. Mentoring activities use one-group pre- and post-test workshop design with material exposure sessions and practice sessions using the peer instruction method. This mentoring activity was concluded to be effective because it was able to increase participants' gains in the very satisfactory category. Zaini Hasanul English Picture Book Soft Skill The importance of soft skills for the younger generation is the basis for the preparation of this Community Partnership Program (PKM). The focus of this community service activity is to increase the interest in learning English for the people in highlanders based on environmental/nature folklore books and to increase the soft skills of Karang Taruna partners in Pemepek Village, Pringgarata District. The specific objective of this PKM is to increase interest in learning and improve English skills (soft skills). Some of the methods used in the Community Partnership Program (PKM) are question and answer and discussion methods to identify knowledge and supporting technology. The lecture method is used during the learning process and theoretical understanding of English. The results of community service that has been trained show that learning English based on nature-themed storybooks is easier to understand by the students being taught. By using this method, there is a pretty good increase for students. Apart from that, other results obtained were that youth and children absorbed English learning material more quickly and this activity was also a starting point for other activities. This PKM aims to foster the motivation to learn students (santri) at the As-saidiyah NW Tempos Islamic boarding school through the introduction of various accountant professions. Pesantren is a comprehensive institution in terms of both curriculum and learning process. Along with the times, pesantren must also be able to follow the development of technology and information. Similarly, in the field of accounting knowledge, this field is also required to be able to adapt to the development of information technology that occurs. In the accounting profession, which is a problem not only because of technological developments but also because of the lack of socialization and promotion related to the output of the accounting department, so that students experience confusion in determining their interests and expected professions. Therefore, more intense socialization related to the accountant profession is needed. This service is carried out by visiting the As-saidiyah Islamic boarding school directly to provide socialization to students related to the accountant profession. This socialization is aimed at convincing them that accountants are a profession with many opportunities. PEMBERDAYAAN KADER DETEKSI DINI GANGGUAN PERTUMBUHAN ANAK DENGAN METODE TIKAR STUNTING SEBAGAI UPAYA PENCEGAHAN STUNTING DI KELURAHAN TAPA, KECAMATAN SIPATANA, GORONTALO Apriana, Rista Syahrir, Akifa Buheli, Kartin Stunting Mats Health Cadres Training Skill Knowledge Gorontalo Province is one of the areas that has a fairly high prevalence of stunting. Several ways that can be done to reduce the risk of stunting is through early prevention which is carried out routine screening and follow-up on children's growth. This community service aims to increase cadres' knowledge about preventing and handling stunting as well as improving cadres' skills in carrying out early detection of stunting. The activities were done with a target of 20 health cadres in Tapa Village during July-September 2023 which consisted of 2 stages as follows: 1. Education and training of health cadres using lecture methods, procedure demonstrations, and examination simulations followed by question-and-answer discussions accompanied by pre-tests and post-tests to measure achievement targets. The measuring tool uses a questionnaire. 2. Cadre assistance is carried out by supervising procedures and mentoring health cadres in carrying out screening using stunting mats. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in cadres' knowledge about stunting prevention in the post-test by 20 people (100%) with an average increase of 46 scores and an increase in cadres' skills in screening using the stunting mat method by 20 people (100%) with an average increase 81 scores. It can be concluded that this service activity has had an impact in increasing cadres' knowledge and skills regarding stunting prevention and screening. The cadres then apply their skills to the people in their area so that in the future the stunting rate in the Tapa sub-district can be reduced. PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT MELALUI AGENT OF CHANGE PENCEGAHAN STUNTING DI KELURAHAN PILOLODAA KECAMATAN KOTA BARAT KOTA GORONTALO Aswad, Ahmad Adam, Lusiane Suma, Juwita Abdullah, Dirman Agent of Change Stunting Growth Stunting is a condition where a toddler has a length or height that is less than normal when compared to his age. Toddlers with growth delays may be at risk of decreased intelligence, decreased productivity and increased risk of degenerative diseases in the future. The purpose of this community service is to increase mothers' knowledge about nutritious food before pregnancy and after childbirth, use of clean water and sanitation. Pilolodaa Village was chosen as the location for the community service because it is one of the working areas of the West City Health Center which has the highest number of stunted children under five with a percentage of 28.46%. The method of implementing community service is carried out in the form of counseling using lecture methods, discussions, consultations, freezes, empowerment, mentoring and evaluation of knowledge about stunting prevention through a series of activities, namely licensing, coordination with the Kota Barat Health Center and Pilolodaa Village, preparing tools, media and places to use for program implementation. The results of the community service were an increase in knowledge about stunting prevention and an increase in skills in preparing nutritious food in the Pilolodaa Community Village, Kota Barat District, Gorontalo City. In fact, the effects of scoliosis itself are not small; they can carry risks such as unstable balance and musculoskeletal disorders. If left too long, it will cause various problems, namely pain, cosmetically disturbing deformities, functional obstacles, lung problems, the possibility of progression into adulthood, and psychological disorders. This activity aims to introduce what scoliosis is and provide education about the role of physiotherapy to patients at the Medical Rehab Clinic at Salatiga Regional Hospital. After carrying out community service on November 16, 2023, the results showed that patient knowledge about scoliosis and the role of physiotherapy in scoliosis increased. This activity is provided in the form of community service, where the participants are patients of the Medical Rehab Polyclinic at Salatiga Regional Hospital. The education provided is in the form of early detection and education regarding the role of scoliosis physiotherapy. Based on the data obtained, the counseling that has been given has had a positive impact on patient knowledge; this can be seen in the enthusiasm and question-and-answer process. This activity aims to enable students as the future generation of Indonesian teachers to create and understand what a RPP is. Methods of activities in this socialization or training include lecture methods, question and answer, and giving examples. Quantitatively, this seminar can produce students who are competent and able to organize a series of student learning activities properly and correctly. Meanwhile, qualitatively, this activity was attended by more than 89 PGSD students at Lampung University, Metro campus, and the students felt they had gained the knowledge, skills, and experience they needed. The activities are progressing well but are still not fully able to achieve the previously determined targets. It is necessary to follow up and develop similar training for other programs based on field needs. One of the factors that children must have is cognitive ability in reading. This activity focuses on Children Against the Law (ABH) at Sentra Wirajaya Makassar, who have not and still lack reading skills totaling 3 people. This activity aims to provide psychoeducation and also improve children's reading skills using puzzle media. This activity was carried out in two steps, namely psychoeducation activities, and experiments using puzzle media as the treatment given to children. The experimental implementation method used was pre-experimental with a one-group pre-posttest design. Participants in this activity amounted to 5 children. Based on the results obtained from this activity, it shows that the application of puzzle media is proven to be able to improve cognitive abilities in terms of reading. The purpose of this community service is the prevention and control of helminthiasis infection through the provision of mass preventive medicine for helminthiasis to prevent stunting in elementary school at Madrasah Ibtidaiyaah Nurul Magfirah Kendari. Auliannisa, Siti Hajar Ridwan, Rifqah Nur P, RR Atikah Puspita Psikoedukasi Keterampilan Sosial Perilaku Asertif Remaja Social skills, including assertive behavior, are crucial for adolescents to establish healthy and successful social relationships in their surroundings. Psychoeducation is an effective effort in enhancing understanding and application of social skills, including assertive behavior, among adolescents. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of psychoeducation in improving understanding and application of assertive behavior among students of SMA Negeri 18 Makassar. This research method utilized a one group pretest-posttest design with 34 student participants. Data were collected through pretest and posttest using Google Form and analyzed with the Wilcoxon Test. The analysis results indicated a significant improvement (p=0.000 <0.05) in understanding and application of assertive behavior based on the pretest and posttest results. In conclusion, psychoeducation is effective in enhancing understanding and application of assertive behavior among adolescents. Further efforts are needed to strengthen the social skills of adolescents, including assertive behavior, so that they can communicate and interact more effectively with their environment. CHILD SAFEGUARDING POLICY IN LEMBAGA PENYELENGGARA KESEJAHTERAAN SOSIAL (LPKS) Hartono, Bambang Tri Child Protection Safeguarding Policy Social Rehabilitation Lembaga Penyelenggaraan Kesejahteraan Sosial (LPKS) is an institution that organizes social rehabilitation programs for children in conflict with the law. LPKS applies a social work and child rights approach to achieve children's social functioning, growth, and development in a safe environment while participating in social rehabilitation programs. LPKS chose the Child Safeguarding Policy (CSP) to uphold a safe environment. CSP is a system or collection of activities, procedures, documents, and responses in addressing child protection issues in the context of the institution. It covers a range of activities from prevention to response to child abuse issues. This article aims to describe the process of the Social Welfare Institution in implementing the Child Protection Policy. This article is a qualitative article based on the framework of constructivism and interpretivism, using ethnographic methods. Its selection is based on the benefits of collecting information through involvement in implementation, participatory observation, field notes, and report documents. The process of LPKS in implementing the Child Protection Policy implies (1) the role of leaders in demonstrating the commitment of the institution to protecting children from the risk of abuse, (2) the Child Protection Policy must be carried out integrally through awareness, prevention, reporting, and response to child abuse issues, (3) the Protection Policy must be carried out in an integrated manner. The implementation method is carried out in three stages, namely, the first stage of observation and interviews regarding the problems faced by traders on the beach, the second stage of determining the implementation plan and the division of tasks to the Community Service team, the third stage of implementation with methods, namely, the first lecture and presentation method, the second with the question and answer method, and the last is the method of assistance in making accounting records. One measure of the good and bad of the organization depends on the quality of communication. Interpersonal communication as a link between communicator and communicant, is considered to be the most effective communication to change one's attitude, opinion, or behavior. The purpose of this training is to understand the concept of interpersonal communication and improve interpersonal communication skills between members to create effective performance in the organization. The method used in this training program is experiential learning which is carried out face-to-face to members of the Himpunan Mahasiswa Kedokteran Gigi Mulawarman University. The results of the training showed that there was an increase in understanding of interpersonal communication after being given training. This is evidenced based on the pre-test and post-test treatment with interpersonal communication training, the t-count result is -4.996 (< t table = 1.688) with p = 0.000 (p> 0.05) which means that there is a difference in the level of understanding of interpersonal communication in the Himpunan Mahasiswa Kedokteran Gigi Mulawarman University before and after being given treatment, namely with interpersonal communication training, and an increase in understanding by 10.6 percent. The Chairperson of the Dentistry Student Association provides feedback that members are more active in expressing opinions and can carry out interpersonal communication properly to improve the performance of the Himpunan Mahasiswa Kedokteran Gigi. Domestic violence can be caused by various factors, both internal and external within the household. Internal factors that can trigger domestic violence include the character of the perpetrator of violence who tends to be emotional, economic dependence, third parties in the household, economic conditions, and poor communication. Changes in mindsets in society, especially women, have now changed, this is proven by the increasing number of divorce lawsuits in court. This change in thinking seems to form a view that marriage is not a sacred thing so there is no need to fight for its integrity if differences are discovered. However, the problem of domestic violence can be resolved outside of court (non-litigation). This legal counseling activity on the legal resolution of domestic violence committed by husbands against wives outside the court in Tanjung Raja Village, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra Province is expected to provide understanding to the public about actions that constitute domestic violence and their negative effects. Apart from that, it is hoped that with this outreach, the public will understand that Domestic Violence (KDRT) can be resolved first through non-litigation or outside of court. In the midst of this situation, Lotte Mart Centre Point, as a retail store, faces a major challenge to survive and adapt to the changes. To address this challenge, a community service team from Universitas Battuta has implemented a retail management strategy using the Marketing Mix approach (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, people, process, physical evidence). This research aims to provide training, mentoring, and guidance to Lotte Mart Centre Point partners in implementing effective marketing strategies. Through training and mentoring activities, there has been a significant improvement in the enthusiasm and communication skills of partner employees. Evaluation shows that understanding and implementation of the Marketing Mix marketing strategy have also shown positive improvements. It is hoped that the results of this community service activity will help improve the economic performance of partners and strengthen their position amidst increasingly competitive markets. The conclusion of this study is that understanding and implementing the Marketing Mix marketing strategy is key to success in addressing economic challenges and changes in consumer behavior. The district consists of 4 villages including Kota Sari Village, Labuapi Village, Rawa Arum Village, and Gerem Village. Not a few people in Kuta Beach Central Lombok work as entrepreneurs, especially MSME entrepreneurs such as processed food, workshop operators, snack & catering businesses, and others. There are MSME business actors who are still pioneering business activities, but there are also business actors who have been doing business for a long time but their businesses have not been able to develop well. Based on surveys conducted in the field, it is shown that the high level of business activities carried out by business actors has not been accompanied by an understanding of the supporting factors in conducting business activities such as simple bookkeeping so business actors only focus on profits without paying attention to business supporting factors. Based on this illustration, MSME entrepreneurs need an understanding of simple bookkeeping to support business activities so that they can develop well in the future. As a result, MSME actors have difficulty applying accounting practices in managing their business. Seeing this problem, it is necessary to conduct socialization for MSME actors in Sade Village. This socialization aims to increase the knowledge of MSME actors about the importance of basic accounting knowledge in the development of MSMEs. The stages of this service activity include the preparation stage, implementation stage, and evaluation. After the socialization, the knowledge and insight of MSME actors on the importance of basic accounting knowledge in the development of MSMEs increased. Sipungguk Village as a source of rice barns cannot be separated from environmental problems, related to the management of rice straw which is not yet optimal. If left unchecked, this will have an impact on the agricultural environment. Rice straw as rice plant residue after harvest is simply burned or thrown away, this action apart from polluting the air is also a waste of valuable resources. This issue is used as a challenge for students in implementing the 2023 Smart UMRI Real Work Lecture (KKN) by carrying out the work program: "Empowerment of Farmers through the Cultivation of Organic Rice Straw Compost". This program is accompanied by field supervisors (DPL) and practitioners in the agricultural sector. The community service method (PKM) is implemented through the KKN Program by carrying out several programs, namely: environment, health, education, Active and Creative, as well as additional work programs, namely: routine pickets at the Sipungguk Village Office. If we look further into each organ of the MSME body, there are still many problems and shortcomings. They are many problems faced by MSMEs in the continuity of their business, especially from understanding MSME development strategies. This community service aims to find whether out whether MSMEs carry out strategic management well, especially in developing MSMEs to run their businesses and whether MSMEs understand development methods and strategies well. The aim of implementing this Community Service Activity (PKM) is to help socialize branding strategies as an effort to increase sales for MSMEs. This PKM activity was carried out in the Kuta Beach area, Central Lombok. The implementation method for this activity is to provide material related to branding strategies through the use of digital technology. The outreach was carried out to provide knowledge and understanding for MSME players so they can calculate the cost of goods sold and selling prices correctly. This community service activity was carried out in Sade Village, Central Lombok Regency, which was attended by MSME actors in the tourist village. The aim of this service is to provide knowledge and understanding for MSMEs in determining the cost of goods sold and the selling price of products. This activity was carried out on March 6 2024. The results of the activity showed that the socialization provided could provide positive benefits for participants. Of the 27 youngsters who participated in the activity, most asked questions related to online game addiction. The following are some ways to avoid online game addiction, namely: a) Limit the time to play games, b) Find a new hobby, and c) Put the gaming device outside the bedroom. From the enthusiasm of the target (young people in Janapria village), this activity has the potential to continue and continue to develop, both with the same and different PkM themes. This is due to the lack of similar activities in the village. The implementation of the activity was evaluated as a whole, including the planning, preparation, and implementation stages. The evaluation was carried out to record the shortcomings and advantages obtained from this activity. This article aims to provide an explanation of the implementation of Teaching Assistance Program for the first-year student of Forestry Program at Matarma Universita, which conducted at the Forestry Vocational School, Wana Wisata Sekaroh, Jerowaru Subdistrict, East Lombok. This activity took place approximately 4 months. The method of implementing the program cosnsisted of orientation, deployment, observation, planning program, report, program execution,and evaluation. Jengglungharjo Village consists of five hamlets with a total population of 5,395 residents. The residents of Jengglungharjo Village mainly work as farmers, livestock breeders, and fishermen. Through direct observation in the five hamlets of Jengglungharjo Village, it was often found that there are inadequate waste disposal facilities as garbage collection points. Addressing this issue requires increased attention to the availability of trash bins in Jengglungharjo Village to enhance the cleanliness of the village area. The construction of trash bins is a step taken to improve cleanliness levels, increase the availability of trash bins, and minimize the accumulation of waste in Jengglungharjo Village. Efforts to improve cleanliness are also carried out through village clean-up activities. The method used involves physical intervention by creating trash bins as an effort to increase the number of waste disposal facilities around Jengglungharjo Village. This initiative will result in the production of trash bins that will be distributed to several points in Jengglungharjo Village where additional bins are needed. Observations reveal that the hamlet lacks traffic signs, which are crucial for road safety. The absence of traffic signs poses significant risks to road users, especially in a community with schools and children actively commuting. This work program focuses on addressing this issue by providing traffic signs as essential road infrastructure. The program is implemented through several stages: observation, problem identification, permit acquisition, and execution. These steps ensure that the planned facilities are properly integrated into the hamlet's road network and meet community needs. Beyond implementation, continuous education is necessary. Village authorities are encouraged to conduct regular awareness programs for residents about the importance of traffic signs and their meanings. Such programs can foster better understanding and adherence to traffic regulations. Additionally, educating parents and guardians to prevent underage driving is vital in enhancing safety. The methods used in this activity include material exposure and mentoring. The results of the activities of the study program curriculum development team were able to prepare a PLO and curriculum map in accordance with Regulation of the Minister of Culture, Research and Technology no. 53 of 2023. Financial literacy has become essential in managing personal finances, including investments, debt management, and long-term financial planning. Financial literacy enables individuals to make wise financial decisions. In the digital era, improving financial literacy is also necessary to utilize digital financial services, such as Digital Financial Services (DFS), which facilitate various payment and financial transactions electronically through various digital platforms. However, the use of digital financial services also carries risks, particularly the potential for cybercrime, requiring heightened awareness. Through socialization efforts, understanding digital financial literacy can be enhanced, as demonstrated by the Community Service Implementation Team, which provided education to students of YAPEMRI High School in Depok City on digital financial literacy in its legal aspects. This activity aims to increase students' understanding of financial literacy and various issues in the digital financial domain, such as cybersecurity risks, online fraud, and personal data breaches. One of the Sasak tribe's folktales often used as storytelling material include Putri Mandalika, Tegodek-Godek, and Tuntel. This study aims to describe the use of storytelling in the Qur’anic Learning Center (TPA) located in Setiling Village. Using a qualitative descriptive method, the study reveals that Sasak folktales are utilized by teachers as material for storytelling activities in the TPA. Additionally, the study highlights the benefits of storytelling in increasing students' reading interest, particularly in Sasak folktales. Through storytelling, students not only receive entertainment but also learn about cultural values embedded in the stories. This activity introduces and preserves local culture among the younger generation, supports literacy development, and fosters an early appreciation for the richness of regional heritage, making storytelling an effective method for combining education and cultural preservation.. This Community Service Activity aims to provide understanding and increase insight related to financial management education for fishermen's wives who sell grilled fish in the Loang Baloq Beach tourist area, Sekarbela District, Mataram City. The lecture method is given by delivering material by presenting to the participants, namely to 10 fishermen's wives who sell grilled fish about the technique of preparing simple financial reports that can explain the profits they get from the grilled fish business. The conclusions obtained is the average profit received by fishermen's wives as owners of grilled fish businesses at restaurants/stalls in the Loang Baloq Beach tourist area is Rp 49.918.464/month. Suggestions that can be given is more notice neatness in take notes transaction what just what happened in per day and collect evidence transaction the so that can arranged simple financial reports as can be explain how much big the benefits he obtained from selling grilled fish. To achieve the objectives of this program, the local government must establish a forum focused on empowering community cadres. In general, this Community Service activity aims to develop Pokdarwis knowledge to complete storyline according to the theme and outline of the advantages of tourist attractions. Therefore, online tax reporting training is very important to improve employee skills in carrying out tax obligations correctly. This program aims to provide training to PT BSL employees on effective ways to use the online tax reporting system, as well as increase their awareness of the importance of tax compliance. In implementing this program, the PKM team carried out training activities which included an introduction to the e-filing system, practice filling out SPT, as well as outreach regarding the latest tax regulations. This community service activity aims to support the enhancement of students' English daily communication skills as part of the flagship foreign language program for students at the Barokatul Walidain Pijot Islamic Boarding School. The implementation of this activity began with an introductory socialization session. Subsequently, the community service activities were conducted in the form of training using three methods: lectures, discussions, and practice. Evaluation results from the beginning to the end of the program demonstrated significant improvement. The materials provided in this activity highly motivated participating students to learn English. The students were enthusiastic and thoroughly enjoyed participating in all the activities of the community service program conducted by the team.
